Fobbed off, terrible service
Hugely frustrating experience! I ordered a floormat as a gift for my sister and 2 weeks later still no item! Delivery was attempted by DPD once and then sent to a locker. The QR code didn't work, so went back the next day and it still didn't work. No response when I raised an issue via the dryrobe web form. Via live chat I was told I would have to wait the 48hours for it to time out and the item would be sent back, and that they would send me a replacement. Days go by and I hear nothing, so I contact live chat again. I'm assured one will be sent out via next day delivery and tracking instructions will be sent. 2 days later I hear nothing so I email requesting details to be told delivery will take 4-6 days! In response I shared evidence of being assured my delivery was for next day, and now have received an email saying there will be a 2 day delay as they are undertaking "stock take". Absolutely not good enough!! Shocking service!!

Ordered a Dry Robe coat End of January 2026
There was several issues with Delivery
Which was down to Royal Mail
Not the company
I reached out to the company which I can honestly say were exceptional
They chased my order the original coat ordered never arrived however was sent out a replacement immediately & arrived the next day
I want to say a personal thank you to Sally who went above and beyond to resolve the matter
Good old customer Service which makes it a good company before & after ordering

Appallingly bad service
Appallingly bad service - delayed delivery without warning after I had already contacted customer service about lack of delivery updates. Utterly abysmal

Dryrobe sustainability win
I enquired about a replacement zip for a Dryrobe someone was selling on Vinted which had a damaged zipper. Customer service were prompt and suggested 2 great sustainable options - one was I could purchase a zip from them and have someone local to me replace it, and the second option was I could send the Dryrobe to them (at my expense) and for the zip to be replaced by their team and then sent back (return postage taken care of). Either of these options are brilliant and means if there is a problem with the zip and it's out of warranty time - you can still get it repaired and get the most out of it. Also - if someone is selling one due to a problem with the zip - you can get it sorted. Having more detailed info on their website regarding these options would be helpful to others, but thanks goes to the customer service team.

Outstanding customer support!
I’ve always believed that paying for quality pays off, and DryRobe proves it. Not only is the product itself top-tier, but their customer service is truly exceptional. I had to reach out recently and was blown away by how quickly they responded. It wasn’t a generic template; it felt personalised and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend!

Above and Beyond!
Contacted Dryrobe to replace the tag off my partners Dryrobe he got for Christmas, after I accidently cut it off with the label! My request was dealt with in a swift, friendly manner and the replacement tag arrived in no time at all. Many companies I've dealt with more recently seem to struggle with simple requests, so I appreciated the 'no big deal' attitude and response. Great Customer Service, thank you!!!

Amazing customer service dealing with…
Amazing customer service dealing with an issue trying to do an exchange, which I couldn't do with low stock on the size I wanted, so ended up getting a refund and re ordering which caused an issue with a free bag I'd received with the initial order. Ellie and the rest of the people I dealt with in Customer services dealt with the issue and with out questions came up a solution on the spot.

Won’t accept the warranty despite the…
Won’t accept the warranty despite the website saying they back their products so much that they guarantee them for 3 years. Stating it was bought prior to this!! Even though it’s within 3 years and meets the criteria. It’s literally falling apart at the seems in multiple areas. Massive let down by a company whose product I loved. Now I’m left with a coat that’s in poor nick referring me to send it in and get £35 voucher to a £190 new one.

Dry, Warm & Very Cosy!
I have had my dryrobe a few months now, but only used it for swimming. With the weather currently very wet and windy I wore it for my walk on the beach and it was perfect. I was in 2 minds about the small hood, but in the wind it stayed perfectly on my head and I remained dry, warm and cosy for the whole walk. The velcro on the sleeve cuffs allows for them to be tightly closed to keep all wind & water out! I am extremely pleased with my excellent coat!

I can say too much about how amazing…
I can say too much about how amazing this product is and also the company has been so helpful to me. we have three dry robes in the house and my puppy decided to pick mine to chew on the zip. The Dryrobe team have been amazing keeping contact and are replacing the zip for me for a very low cost which is exceptional. the zips are wind and rain proof so I didnt want to go messing with replacing it myself. thank you so muc. next Im waiting for our dog to become fully grown so he can also get a dry robe. Ellie in customer service has been so helpful.

Dry Robe for skiing at -20C
I was skiing in -20C this Christmas and was determined to keep warm and not be wiped out by anyone, so I wore my Dry Robe, Th Abstract design. It was toasty warm and i swear I could have sold it 15 times each day. So i can use it for plunging and also for Canadian sub zero skiing. I am very very happy

Always so helpful and prompt. I had made a mistake over the weekend with a size, and Maisie was so calm about it and sorted it all out in no time at all. Deliveries are always really quick too! I wish more companies were as efficient, thank you 👏🏻

I bought my coat ( gray camouflage with furry pink lining) about 18 months ago. Love it, it's so warm and can't feel any cold whatsoever. It really is the best coat I've ever bought as living on the coast and walking on the beach most days with my dog it's a godsend BUT... like most people l, or quite alot of reviews at least, the zipper is the problem. Right from the start I've been stepping into my coat as zipper doesn't undo. Should've sent it back but well I didn't but I do love the coat and it does do up but can't wholly unzip it. Dryrobe tells people to follow their link on the problem, such a waste of time as it shows how to do a zip up!!!!

I recently got these with my Christmas money. I'm a size 4 so bought a size 4, bit tight so I can only wear thin socks with them, however I tried without socks and still very toastie.
GLOVES
Chose a small as I'm a small! Again a bit tight but ok.
IN SUMMARY
Nice toastie items but
Coat = zipper
Boots = sizing issue
Gloves = sizing issue.
FLASK
Perhaps a bit expensive for a small flask but fits nicely in the dryrobe coat and also my drinks hole in my car.
But I still love them all.

Amazing product and fabulous customer service
My new Dryrobe is amazing, a very well made product. It's super warm and totally waterproof. I contacted Maisie in customer services as when taking the label off the zip the Dryrobe tag on the zip was caught and it got cut off by mistake. Maisie said no problem we shall send a new one straight out, which they did. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

The best customer service
I ordered the wrong size for my daughter for Christmas, only to find the correct size was not currently in stock. The young lady I spoke to before Christmas was very helpful in advising what size I should reorder and that they had a long return date so I could still gift it at Christmas. When I came to return the coat after Christmas, again customer services, Andrew, was extremely helpful in sending me the return QR code and advising me how to return the coat, the best size to reorder and when it would be back in stock. The best service I have had from any online retailer.
