Received my Dryrobe

Received my Dryrobe, it’s one of the best coats I have ever had, it’s amazing, I read the reviews and purchased one, could not be more happier with my coat, I work in a primary school and I have dogs , so I needed a coat to keep me dry and warm, and I also have a blue card which I forgot to use for a discount, I got in to with customer service and they sent me a refund. 5 stars all day long.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service couldn't of ask for any better, I called up to explain my order has been delayed and not delivered on expected day by the courier and they instantly gave me a refund for the delivery fee and then looked into why it was delayed and kept me updated with everything. Perfect example of how customer service should be 👍🏻

Ordered a Dry Robe for my mum for Christmas. It was the wrong size. So I sent it back for a new size. Had an email confirming the exchange. A long time passed so I sent an email to chase up…4 days later they say there has been an error and I will have to order it all again, but I STILL haven’t had a refund. And there is a complication because I got a free bag with my order and that has now been charged for and taken off the refund I am due to get (if it ever turne up). So I now have a bag that has cost me £30 and no dry robe. They NEVER answer the phone. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Allergic Reaction

I got my dog a Dryrobe coat, first time she wore it she came out in lumps and her face all puffed up. Looks like she is allergic to it. Trip to the vet for steroid injection. I have washed the coat and will give it another wash before trying it again. I have emailed the company but not had a reply yet.

Update: washed the coat twice before trying it on my dog again. Luckily it seems to of worked, no more lumps.

After receiving a Dry Robe as a…

After receiving a Dry Robe as a Christmas present, I initially experienced an issue with the zip which I mistakenly believed to be faulty.

Having made connect with Dry Robe customer services, I received courteous and expeditious replies including guidance on how to operate the 2 way zip correctly. There was in fact no fault at all with the product, merely a misunderstanding on my part.

I have consistently received friendly, helpful and excellent customer service throughout, thank you.

Der schlechteste Lieferservice ever!!

Der schlechteste Lieferservice ever!!! Die Ware ist hochpreisig, aber es wird mit DPD nach Deutschland geliefert, wo seit fast drei Wochen die Ware nicht ankommt?!!! DPD gibt immer an, die Ware zu liefern, lassen sich aber nicht blicken!!! Und das zweimal die Woche?! Wenn ich hochpreisige Ware anbiete, dann liefere ich auch mit einem seriösen und schnellen Unternehmen!!!! Ob die Ware gut oder schlecht ist, kann ich nicht bewerten, da sie nie bei mir an kam???!!! Ein Stern ist noch zu viel!!!!

Disappointed

Disappointed , I order and for 2 weeks my order still processing , I sent more than 3 emails with no reply , finally through the online chat I raised my issue , I was shocked then that my order cancelled without even asking me if I want to cancel , though I was expecting the shipment, so my children can use the robe in their swimming competition ??!

Really impressed with Dryrobe

Really impressed with Dryrobe. The car seat cover is excellent quality and does exactly what it’s meant to. Communication was fast and clear throughout. When our original order got lost, they dealt with it quickly and sent out a replacement with no hassle at all. Great product and outstanding customer service — highly recommend.

I made an error when placing my order

I made an error when placing my order, which was a gift. I only realised my error about five weeks after receipt when the recipient opened the gift. I contacted the company by e-mail, they were very understanding and forgiving and resolved the error within a few days. The robe I ordered seems to be extremely good quality, but is as yet untested.

I am a small lady who wanted a dryrobe…

I am a small lady who wanted a dryrobe for walking my dog. I couldn't decide whether to go for a xs size or a child size 10 to 13 year old. So l emailed the company and l must say they were excellent with their advise. Which was to go for the child's size. I'm very happy with my purchase and l live the colour l chose. Grey and orange fleece. I also bought a light weight jacket for my husband for Christmas. Which he loves as well.

After having my own dryrobe for years…

After having my own dryrobe for years and absolutely loving it I thought I'd treat my dogs to one for the winter and summer days when they come out of the sea... Being labradors they sometimes think their fish! The first arrived in a nice dryrobe box and the second in a plain brown packet so that was disappointing. They do slip side to side when running without the leg straps these definitely need improving they arnt ideal as others have mentioned. I measured both dogs who were in between sizes so chose the bigger one being XL both smaller females but weigh 33kg and they fit very well. I love the dryrobe brand it's worth the investment, the only improvement would be the leg straps that are needed in windy conditions.
