Have ordered several Dryrobes (too many rowers in the family!) and a few extras. The quality is exceptional and on the rare occasion I have contacted customer services, they are first rate.

Hi all daughters brought me a dryrobe adapt fore Christmas as I use a powered wheelchair and suffer from being getting cold I've used the adapt twice at beach trips over the winter found the adapt to keep me so warm a lot off thought has gone into the product with i can only thank dryrobe fore producing the adapt fore wheelchair users great product yes you can go a loo with keeping in on zips are all in the right places

These are really great products, designed with care and intelligence. They make all kinds of outdoor pursuits seem possible even in the worst weather. The customer service is also excellent - when my delivery was rejected by the pick up point, DryRobe staff quickly sorted out a next day delivery at no cost or inconvenience to me. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

I purchased a dryrobe dog coat for my Jack Russell and it’s amazing! Fits him perfectly, even the elasticated straps for the back legs are fine and not too tight or loose, which my dog isn’t bothered by at all. It’s super warm and waterproof and very stylish.

Would definitely recommend 🐶☺️

Last minute.com ordering bloke style, was only saved by the amazing, help from all at dryrobe, my stuff all arrived in the nick of time, cannot rate high enough, literally going the extra mile, , the goods are crazy good quality, first order, will definitely order more going forward

I just got my dryrobe and followed the sizing instructions, my robe is perfect, I have the alpine collection camo white. It’s replaced a cheaper version of dryrobe and now I know why this is the best! So warm and massive hood, well made and it’s nice looking.
By mistake I cut through the zip pull when removing my labels and contacted customer service to see if I could by a replacement pull, they are sending one out free of charge, it’s only a small thing but has made me really recommend each aspect of dry robe service.

To start of with I was having issue in returning my order then I received a call from Andy who took two mins to rectify my issue and send through a code for me to return ! Outstanding thank you

I have ordered from dry robe a few times.This time i ordered a dry robe coat with free bag, but forgot to add the bag. I emailed customer services and they replied promptly with a code.
Fantastic service would highly recommend.

Disappointed, appalling customer service I do wonder if a department actually exists.
I returned my parcel in the 15th for an exchange. I have had no communication whatsoever, I tracked the parcel and the last entry was the 16th. I have rang to be informed the “customer service team is busy” then the line cuts off. I have tried the live chat to be told they don’t deal with enquiries and the log was ended. I have emailed and again no response.
I appreciate it is Christmas and was hoping the robe which I asked to be exchanged would have been re posted out.

The ordering procedure is excellent but I made a mistake when signing up for a free storage bag and didn’t realise the confirmation email had gone into my junk. One email to customer services and ‘Liv’ sent me code as a gesture of good will, bag ordered, one very happy customer. Thankyou Dryrobe.

I had ordered a dryrobe for my partner for Christmas and hadn't realised I was able to use my blue light card (we both work for the same company supporting young adults with autism, and additional needs in the community, teaching life skills so we're often outside for hours at a time. Not great pay but very rewarding :)
I emailed as soon as id realised and Sophie answered my email with in a day and and refunded the difference straight away, which obviously makes such a difference, so I can't thank you enough Sophie :) I will be ordering one for myself over my next few pay days :)

While had a issue with delivery or lack of,(not dryrobe fault but DPD ) I can't fault dryrobe and the customer service i received.

Fast to respond, followed up and checked in with us to make sure all was well.

Great company and customer service I received was outstanding nothing was a problem to Dryrobe to sort my issue out .
I would recommend Dryrobe the products are just fantastic and great after washing they don’t loose shape or colour.

Now I know what all the fuss is about!
The quality of the Dryrobe is excellent.
So well made using recyclable materials is a win win.
Website is packed with all the info you need including enough information about sizing so you can’t really go wrong.
The only thing that’s a bit tricky is choosing a colour scheme as there are so many!
Delivery is fast sometimes next day.
The Customer Service team are excellent.
I had a few questions & response was fast friendly and informative.
Also to get a speedy delivery a few days before Christmas is great!
