Not great customer experience
This Sunday I signed up for the free robe bag offer on your website, but never got an email back. Today I then chatted with Rochelle who told me that she has tried signing me up again and that I have to wait another 24 hours for the discount code, despite having already waited 4 days. She told me that there was nothing she could do and nobody she could escalate to to get this resolved today. Not showing a lot of interest in customer care

Really thankful after Emailing Dryrobes as being I’m a pensioner I not very hi tech. Wanted to order a dryrobe with the free dry bag but was really unsure how to do it. Very kindly was given the information as to how to fill in the voucher code so was able to place my order successfully

Great service recovery
First delivery went to the wrong house but dryrobe didn't quibble and efficiently and in a very customer-friendly manner immediately sorted a replacement to be sent and they sorted out the issue directly with dpd
A replacement was sent within days and the two customer service team dealing with the issue were friendly and helpful throughout

Absolutely chuffed to bits with my dry robe, I had to return my first order as it was too big, very straight forward and free postage. Customer service is excellent, I emailed them about the code not working for my free compression bag, they have sent me a free one in the post. So nice to have easy communication from a company in the UK 😊🤣

Great customer service - My order hadn’t arrived when expected and contacted customer service team. Rochelle looked into this and very quickly I was contacted to say that a replacement had been raised for next day delivery. Thank you for a great, efficient and professional service!

Fabulous customer service
Ordered 2 x Dryrobes for my grandsons. Realised that I hadn’t taken advantage of a free gift offer of a bag. I emailed customer service, not really hopeful of any success because the mistake was entirely my fault.
I received a nice email the next day from Maisie who, as a gesture of goodwill, gave me a new code for a free bag, which when I ordered also gave me free delivery with DPD - by far my favourite couriers!
I have now received all my items which are of lovely quality, and looking forward to the grandsons receiving them.

I’ve just ordered the Alpine white Dry Robe. Amazing quality as per usual! This is my fourth one over the years. Super stylish and love the fur hood! I contacted customer service with a query on delivery and Sophie gave first class service and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this company and their dry robes! Thankyou!

Paid £8 for next day delivery and still not arrived - and today it says 'preparing shipment' stating its still with dryrobe and not yet recieved by DPD - really not too happy as this was an additional £8 and next day delivery; the order was also placed before 2pm -

Less stress.
Had my eye on a limited edition item which was currently out of stock, I left my email address as per site and was speedily informed when fresh stock arrived.
I made my purchase but due to a default on my phone the billing address was incorrect (previous home), I contacted dryrobe customer services and had a rapid reply by a person named Sophie, she sorted out my problem and made me feel at ease.
If all customer services had professional people like this retail online sales would be a breeze.
I will be happy to recommend this company to family and friends.

Great customer service!
Had an issue with a broken zip pull. Maisie from customer services replied to my email promptly and has sorted the issue. Can’t recommend Dryrobe enough. I have purchased several items, including Dryrobes for myself and husband, dog Dryrobes and the cushion covers. Absolutely love them! Great customer service too. What more could you ask.

DryRobe Adapt
I am a disabled wheelchair user and was recommended the Adapt from DryRobe on my user group.
I went to the website and, as instructed, applied for the VAT free invoice. This appeared quickly and on payday I made the purchase. Delivery was bang on time and it was well packed. I also contacted customer service who were superb.
The Adapt is a big, heavy coat and leg cover that can be zipped together. It is so dry and warm I can see it being perfect for a cold winter, whenever we get one.
Top quality product.
Great company.
Highly recommended.

Rubbish customer services
Rubbish customer services. Can’t speak to anyone, their number cuts you off if not answered after a short time. Signed up for free dry bag. Customer services claim they have tried to call me but I’ve has no missed calls.
Bank account shows full amount being claimed for robe and dry bag.
After several attempts to speak to customer services I got through to them due to a bad review.
Revised revue : To be fair the company had already dispatched the coat which was received within a couple of days of ordering. Although my bank showed they were charging me for a dry bag the actual amount taken eventually was just for the dry robe as per the invoice. Still customer services need improving to be able to speak to a member of staff especially if you have made an error on ordering.
