Fantastic customer service for returns and honouring free compression bag voucher code.
I ordered a dryrobe lite with the free compression bag offer. Unfortunately, the dry robe was HUGE, so this and the bag had to be returned. There was no hassle doing this… free return via Royal Mail… then tried to order a different dry robe in a smaller size, but found the free bag voucher code couldn’t be used again. After contacting customer services, a new voucher code was sent for me to use. This was much appreciated. Thank you.

5 star service with a t star product
I purchased a Dryrobe Adapt as I use a wheelchair.
Firstly the customer service I received was excellent whilst trying to purchase it about this time last year.
The guy I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. The robe has been nothing short of outstanding , keeping the whole of me warm and dry thru the welsh weather system.
I got in contact with them 3 days ago with a picture of the bottom half of the robe after being chewed up by my chair. Jenna Head of customer services has without any issues helped me to get this sorted out. Dryrobe your customer service is exactly like your products.... exemplary
Anyone who finds themselves in a wheelchair looking for this type of item, there's only one place to go. I'd happily recommend them till the cows come home

Terrible customer service
Ordered a Dryrobe, needed to send it back, waited well over 10 days for the refund, so got in touch with customer service, who didn't bother to read my email properly and told me that it would be issued within 10 days. Why bother replying to emails if you don't read them first? I'm now waiting on a refund from an item sent almost 3 weeks ago.

I signed up to give them my email when I saw a pop up offer to get a free compression bag with the purchase of my first dryrobe. Small print said the email expired in 14 days, so I was very disappointed and surprised when 6 days later, I went to add the free product to my cart and it was out of stock. Description page said it would be back in 10 months. What?! I reached out to customer service to see if there was another way to resolve or perhaps get a bag in a different color, but they replied without reading my message and just told me I was supposed to sign up for email to get the offer. Very disappointing. Would have expected better service and above board marketing practices from a company charging the prices they do.

The website promised a free bag for spending over a certain limit but didn't tell you that you have to wait for the code to appear in a separate email before ordering. I see many of the other reviews on Dryrobe mention the same issue so it seems strange that it hasn't been fixed. Fortunately Maisie was on hand to gave a clear explanation and righted the wrong.

Customer service for me was excellent as I had some problems as I first ordered the wrong dryrobe for my girlfriend..was so easy to return for free and just awaiting my refund,also when ordered the correct jacket it arrived without the dryrobe tap on the zip,I emailed them and received a reply straight away saying there sorry about the missing item and sent a replacement out straight away..

Customer services have been excellent. They have replied immediately to my query about potential returns (anxious I have ordered correct size. Dry robe looks fab, as a gift) . Were able to reassure me and made me feel of value!

Customer service for me was excellent as I had some problems trying to order what I wanted .
They helped me to sort it out , the two ladies Rochelle and Maisie were so helpful.
I’m Looking forward to buying some other bits next year .

I ordered the special and unfortunately only got the free bag code after my order was placed. I contacted dryrobe by email giving a copy of my order and asking if I could get my free bag. As the office was closed on black Friday they sent me an email saying that I was I entitled to the free bag and the would contact me on Monday. I received an early email requesting the code I had been sent so they could help me claim the bag. Tuesday I received an email telling me exactly how to claim my bag on their website. Which I did with no problems. Thank you for excellent service rare to find nowadays. Delivery of my jacket was really good within the week. I would recommend you.

Love my dry robe. Asked for a pulley tab to go on the zip to be sent out and was not a problem at all. Customer service was fantastic
