I didn't received the code for the free…
I didn't received the code for the free drybag, however I contacted Dryrobe and explained what had happened. They very kindly honoured the offer and provided me with a code to obtain the free bag. Amazing customer service and of course a superb product.

I’ve purchased two Dryrobe’s over the years and four towels and a few other accessories……. All wonderful….. lasted a long time…. Time to update and get another Dryrobe… I wouldn’t consider any other men’s coat to keep my self warm….. I used to live in Bournemouth where I first discovered Dryrobe’s ….. now live in London…. But still wouldn’t wear anything else to keep warm ! I highly recommend Dryrobe’s products… I think they’re fantastic and ground breaking…… ( I also have a disability…. Fibromyalgia…) . And it’s difficult to stay warm in the winter for me …… A Dryrobe is the closest product to me “ being warm “ on the market ! 10 out of 10 from me all the way 👍

Superb product and customer care
I recently bought my wife a Dryrobe for her birthday and wanted to say how impressed I’ve been with the whole experience.
The service I received was excellent, especially from Sophie, (Customer Services Specialist). Sophie was helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy.
The product itself is superb and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the quality and the customer experience. Based on this purchase, I’d definitely recommend Dryrobe to others.

Best thing ive bought, being a footy mum on the sideline in all weathers.Fantastic product. Keeps me toasty warm and dry in all weathers. Ideal for after swimming too.Being short 5ft i got the kids advance robe and it fits perfect. Ive just purchased another one for my daughter. Highly recommend. Well worth the money.

Incredible service and quality
Had a few issues with sizing of my dry robe and had to change it for a smaller size. Lucy, Rochelle and Sophie were all extremely helpful and made the process of returning and reordering a very smooth transition. Very happy with my final purchase and size with the red and black dryrobe. Its very warm - excited to use it after scuba diving.

I love my dryrobe but I contacted them…
I love my dryrobe but I contacted them because mine needed a repair. I was told that they don't offer a repair service but it's something they think they may do in the future. This is surprising since nearly all outdoor wear companies offer a repair service. I believe this is essential for good customer service but also to be sustainable. I'm disappointed.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are disappointed that our repairs service is not fully up and running just yet. This is not at all our intention, we strive to offer excellent customer service and sustainability is at the heart of our business as a B Corp.
We can currently offer spare parts and advice on repairs, and full zip replacements, however tears and seams will be launching very soon in the New Year.
