Only part of order delivered at the first attempt.
Part of order delivered quickly, but remainder took a week longer to deliver. I think the delivery charge at £39.99 is a bit steep for what was ordered.

In stock, and delivered fast!
I needed some vents quickly, having been let down by a larger online store who said they had stock when they didn't. Dry Verge delivered next day from (actual) stock.

Good evening, thank you for the detailed review. We offer links to profile dimensions and product leaflets for as many items as we can, although we understand this may not be for all of them. Was there a specific product we need to look at product dimension information for? We can then get onto this.
Thank you again for the time in writing this lovely & detailed review.

hidden valley trays
I ordered hidden valley trays with a 70mm upstand. I received a call to ask if i had ordered the right try, 110mm upstand would work better with my tile. i am so greatful that i received that call. The trays were changed before i received them ,saving me a whole lot of aggro. Thank goodness they knew their stuff. i have ordered twice more, customer service is excellent, delivery time is good too, cant praise enough.
