Dua Travel were dealing with a fraudulent vendor in Saudi Arabia...
I had a bad experience with Dua Travel. I was due to go to Hajj and booked through them. They issued me with a tourist visa. I paid my deposit and everything was supposedly sorted. However, it turned out they were dealing with a fraudulent vendor in Saudi Arabia. If I had gone to Saudi with this tourist visa, I would have been in big trouble. Dua Travel should have known this before issuing me with the tourist visa and "confirming" my flight details
This was only a few weeks before the time of Hajj came around. They did issue me with a full refund from my deposit which was good, but it caused me significant problems as I had planned a lot around it and worked hard to get this time off to go to Hajj. I was not able to perform Hajj this year unfortunately, but inshallah next time I hope to be able to go to Hajj.

We are really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As you know hajj ministry put restriction on UK Travel agents to book hajj package directly. Hajj can only be booked through 3rd party agency in United Kingdom.
As per record you booked hajj package with us but later on Dua Travels found the Travel agency in Saudi Kingdom is fraudulent and you may stuck in Saudi Kingdom. To avoid the future inconveniences Dua Travels refund you the full paid amount although the visas and flights were issued. But we didn't hesitate to bear the loss and refund you in full.
We’re currently reviewing our procedures to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I’d love to discuss this further and find a way to make things right. Please reach out to us directly at sales@duatravels.co.uk.

Exceeded expectations!
I was slightly worried with booking umrah for me and my family as I know there’s a lot of scammers.
However, I spoke to Faisal and Nouman who both reassured me with evidence that they’re an established company who prioritise the customers needs. We have a young daughter so were very concerned with the heat and travelling abroad with her however Dua Travels found us 2, 5* hotels at competetive prices right next to the Haram which was perfect for us! Any time I needed any questions answered they were always at hand to help and were always available to speak to through calls rather than texts which was better for us.
I would definately use them again and have already recommended to my extended family to use the company

Efficient, professional and very helpful
We have been looking for the best place to book a trip to Makkah and perform Umrah. A friend had recommended Dua Travels. Brother Faisal Khalil did a great job with the customer service and made sure the process was smooth. He put together a fantastic looking package and provided all the details, even a guide to help us whilst we are over there. Did not hesitate to answer any questions we had (this was our first time going to perform umrah so we wanted to make sure we was scam protected as this was one of our fears but we were reassured with proof of authenticity). We are travelling next week and inshallah everything goes just as well and we can leave another great review on how everything went. Once again Jazakallah to brother Faisal Khalil.
