In regards to the e-gobike delivery, it arrived in about 3 days, so thanks very much to both yourself and your delivery company for the prompt service. I eventually managed to get time to assemble the bike which was straight forward, apart from the rear mudguard & rack being a bit tricky, but you mention this in your assembly instructions in fairness.

We bought two e-go lite+ bikes last week to take with us in our car on holidays. We didn't want our e-road bikes hanging off the back of the car.
My first ride was from our local bodyshop back to home. Four miles including a 7% climb of almost a mile. The climb was relatively easy using level 5 power. For reference I am 75 and weigh 90kg.
I am pleased with how easy the bikes are to set up and fold. They are not too heavy to lift in and out of the car but if necessary removing the seatpost/battery would reduce the weight by 2.2 kg.
First impressions of the bikes & the company are excellent.

I received my e-go folding bike a couple of weeks ago and am very pleased with my purchase. I moved from a standard bike to a folding bike so that it is more convenient for travelling in our touring caravan.

We had a test ride around Rutland Water where there is several different turains to cover over the 17 mile ride. The bike performed very well, the motor is powerfull and great on hills, the cruise control works like a dream when I needed a break and the battery still had plenty of charge to play with.

I'm looking forward to lot more rides when we are away on our holiday adventures.

I bought an ego lite plus which arrived with some damage in transit to the lcd display. Glenn had this resolved very quickly with great communication. The bike is superb and so nippy! I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend buying from Glenn with excellent after sales help. Thanks 😊

I received my two Max bikes (one red and one white) from the 'Bundle' offer. On unwrapping I found that the frame on the white bike had some paint chips on the frame. Obviously I was disappointed and this was exacerbated by the fact that this white bike was for my wife.
I phoned E-go to complain and spoke with Glenn Russell who was most apologetic and took my complaint very seriously and he was truly disappointed for my issue. He offered me what I consider very generous compensation by why of some accessories and I can only say what a pleasure it was to deal with him. If only all customer service was this good we would all be in a very good place! Thank you

My husband and I have had our E_G0 Max bikes for a couple of months and love them, I am no light weigh the bike is strong, stable and easily handles my weigh and is comfortable to ride. We tried them out in the lake district and they handle the hills very well. The battery charge seems to last for a long time, done over 25miles and still 3/4 full.

Early days but this seems to be a great bike. Robust enough for trails and unsurfaced tracks. A bit heavier than I expected but I suppose that only adds to its durability.
Not really tested its portability yet.

Excellent bikes I have the ego max the quality is excellent and service is great also a peace of mind i always can get the parts from the uk dealers also my partner as the ego max best thing I bought for a long time I have mobilty problems and never thought I would be able to ride a bike again well I was wrong we have used the bikes to explore the woods canal paths etc its like been a kid again also the battery last for age's been miles and never got exhausted just chuck them in the car off we go....

Great bike and good communications from seller. Bike has good range. and plenty of power to flatten any hill.
Solid good quality build. Digital display screen very good and has 3 display modes.

Had our bikes a few months now and I have to say, wow, brilliant, these have changed our world we use them on our boat and in our camper, they’ve already been to Amsterdam, Bruges and now up the Thames on the back of our boat, wouldn’t be without them! Thanks e-go, brilliantly thought out.

Hi there, I always say a company is only as good as it’s after sales service. So this company are right up there with the very best . Only had a minor problem with one of the bikes we bought. We notified them of the problem and they exchanged the bike the very next day with personal delivery. You’ve got it right, well done .

First class customer service from Glenn from start to finish. The bike itself (e-go Max) is everything I expected it to be and more, and I'm so pleased I opted for a bike with gears - that's for my personal circumstances of course. If you are looking to purchase a folding e-bike, no need to look elsewhere - you won't be disappointed.

Customer service was first rate from Glenn. The bikes were dispatched very quickly after ordering. One had been damaged in transit and Glenn arranged a replacement bike which came the next day. Have been out on the bikes and are very happy so far.

Excellent service. Answered many questions in a friendly manner and replaced a bent stand without quibble. Bikes are as expected and the bundle price for two represented a significant discount. Looking forward to leisurely rides.

It was a smooth purchase. I love the bike. The only negative is that it’s heavy. But I’ve decided to take that on as part of the excercise.

After researching some of the best makes, was lucky enough to find "nearly new" Lite+ for my wife and Max for me. These are both excellent bikes and e-go were happy to help when I had a query. A lot to be said for buying from a UK based supplier offering parts, accessories and advice.

I bought 2 e-go max bikes. They arrived well packed next working day. Rear mudguard assembly instructions were inaccurate and could easily be improved but full assembly only took about 20 minutes.

If I could give more stars I would the ego lite is a great little bike and the professionalism and service from Glenn and the team is second to none Thanks to all
