Terrible customer service
Ordered football stickers.
Only some were delivered. 6 weeks later despite multiple emails and messages they are ignoring my request to refund the ones that didn’t arrive.
They responded to one message a few weeks ago to say they had no record of my email. When I sent them a copy of the email they have reverted to ignoring my messages again.
Looking at other customer reviews this seems to be a consistent problem.
Accurate delivery is poor, whilst customer service appalling.|

We are sorry there was a problem with your delivery. Your order was sent straight out on a 24 hour service but on this occasion Royal Mail did not honour that timescale. We can only apologise.

Terrible company deducted shipping…
Terrible company deducted shipping fee's from my refund without my permission. Customer service is Terrible had to contact my bank to recover the full amount back.

We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. However it is clearly stated in our refund policy that returns are at the customers expense unless the goods are faulty. We also clearly state that the actual cost of shipping may be recovered from your refund even if it was given as free at point of sale. We appreciate that you may not have read the terms before purchasing but would always recommend that you do if there is a chance that you may change your mind and wish to return something.

Unfortunately the postal service has been victim of a cyber attack. They have resolved some of the issues and are now clearing the backlog of parcels but have advised that track and trace information is not currently working.
We are really sorry, it is in transit and do appreciate the frustration this is causing for our customers.

Your order has been ready for collection for some time and you will have received an e-mail to advise it is ready. It will not have been delivered to you as you did not select a shipping option or pay for delivery. We can cancel your order and if you still want the product you can reorder with a shipping option.
Delivery problems
Major delivery problems. Package stopped in customs because of lack of digital information. I had to pay a lot extra for clearance. I ordered the package on Dec 8th and it arrived late on Jan 11th to a location in the area. The company took care of the extra custom fees caused by them.

We are very sorry that you had a bad experience. Unfortunately we have had problems with shipping services in the run up to Christmas as a result of backlogs and strike action. Unfortunately sometimes parcels do take time to clear customs in the destination country which is unfortunately outside our control. However we do ship all of our orders below 150 euros on a service which has taxes and customs duties paid.
