False advertising
Ordered on Friday night paying £6 for next day delivery it’s now Tuesday evening and STILL no order wouldn’t trust at all customer services have stopped replying as well! After informing they only work Monday-Friday so shouldn’t be offering next day delivery! Would never use again!

Il est clairement indiqué sur notre boutique que les commandes supérieures à 150 euros entraîneront des frais de douane supplémentaires.
Nous envoyons des commandes inférieures à 150 euros via un service entièrement détaxé, mais les réglementations en matière d'importation l'interdisent au-delà.
Vous devriez également avoir reçu un e-mail lors de l'expédition pour vous informer des informations de suivi, donc je vous présente mes excuses si vous ne l'avez pas reçu.

I have still not received my order and have not had any advice that it was shipped. No tracking number are you a scam company. If not why do you keep asking if I am satisfied with my purchase😡😡

Actually heartbroken
I sent an inquiry about one of their sticker albums over a week ago. I was waiting for their reply but as they had taken so long I was going to order it but they had sold out. I can’t believe it. I have tried everywhere else to get this book but this one was the only one that had it. I’m really annoyed.

Good product of high quality, but the cost was high when I ordered from Sweden. Customs fees were added that were not advertised at the time of purchase.

Excellent customer service
Ordered wfla pannini starter pack just before Christmas as impossible to get locally and although sent to Royal Mail it never reached their tracking system. Got in touch with customer service and they dispatched a free of charge replacement the same day which reached us today (3 days later). Overjoyed 13year old granddaughter and very happy customer. The company didn’t wait to see if goods would arrive or until they made a claim for lost item. Seeing a few negative reviews I just had to sing their praises.
