I am terrible at IT. Callum is amazing. Needs a payrise. Patience of a saint. And very very thorough and clear instructions of him. Did not have a scooby doo how to sep up machine. He did smooth transition and is the best of British. Top man. Great company.

Megan at Worldpay was absolutely brilliant. She helped me get my card machine set up quickly and made the whole process incredibly simple. The entire call took less than five minutes, which I really appreciated as it saved me a lot of time.

Really good it took a bit longer to do the downloads but that might be because I was mobile but customer service was really good.

Repeatedly calling me then hanging up, called them to request that they stop. Continued to call the following day, called to ask them to stop, hung up on me 4 times.
