Really poor experience. Quoted fees. Started using the terminal and found extra miscellaneous deductions.. When I complained it was ignored.

Very easy process to set us overall. Everyone was very helpful and the service is great. Teagan talked me through the whole set up process over the phone and answered all of my questions. I haven’t had any issues since so all good!

Jamie was really helpful in getting me set up nice and easy process as it should be.

Amazing experience dealing with Geoff and Declan setting up the contactless machines both were so easy to chat with and explained everything clearly. 5 ***** from me would highly recommend

Could not fault their service!! They have excellent customer service ensuring you receive exactly what you need. I spoke to Callum who helped me by explaining every step of receiving my card reader, setting it up and receiving Klarna Payments. I Highly recommend this company between the low rates, excellent customer service and fast payments.

The experience going through the staff is very easy and they are very helpful..but the software for the machine is a nightmare and fist it took me 6 days to setup and the improvement is no longer better then the previous one ,,and the machine is like a brick..

Got sold a £1 deal by "Head of Sales" but never told me all the details.
Never told me I had to have payment on my card machine for £1000 my company only opened in April so I knew that would NOT be possible.
I have cancelled by terminal and now got another bill of £17. Thank you Easipay for the two unexpected £17 bills.

Now I sit fighting the battle and it's a bill I must pay. I won't be paying it.

AVOID the £1 deal and don't believe the SALES TEAM!! Typical salesman.

Declan has been very helpful with the setup process for my brand new card terminal. Very friendly service, and most importantly the machine was set up quickly and is easy to use. This is my second terminal with easipay and I can very highly recommend them to any business needing a card terminal! Xx
