Very good company to deal with. I no longer need my domain name. It was very easy to cancel my subscription. Communication with the company was excellent.

I have been unable to access my account to Outlook since 15/4 - there is no support phone number which there used to be a while ago. It very frustrating when trying to use messaging service and as I am emailing from a yahoo email and have now found messages in Spam - still not resolved despite giving my mobile number for call back - if this is monitored please can you prioritise a response to me as I am unable to reset several accounts that are linked to email you host

Was unable to add my account to Outlook and there is no support phone number which there used to be a while ago. That is quite frustrating when trying to get on with things and then have to email the issue and wait for the reply. The reply did resolve the issue but I can imagine how annoying it would be if it hadn’t and you have to email back and forth for days

After my negative review here recently Easily have responded and fixed the issue despite initially having no record of my account. There was a billing issue and my site was shut down. Thanks to Ryan at Easily it's all sorted... but a 5 star review isn't possible with no telephone support...just email which isn't great as it took 4 emails and a negative review here to get a response.

I initially had a frustrating experience when I couldn’t get in touch with Easily’s support team, which led to a negative review. However, the team reached out, explained the issue clearly, and worked quickly to resolve everything once it was identified. I really appreciate the way they handled it and followed through.

Used these guys for years, I’m just a basic customer and have a domain name and email account with them. Whenever an issue (very rarely) has presented itself they’ve always been extremely quick to respond and most helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

After weeks of having a nightmare with my email mainly down to my own lack of knowledge with tech and getting hugely frustrated with it I contacted Easily and they were very quick in replying with various steps I needed to take. This I did endeavour to do but in the end I asked to have a phone call from Easily which they promptly replied and organised. Having just come off the phone with Dani my laptop and phone and lost mailboxes are all working correctly and I can continue my daily work schedule. Dani Poole was absolutely superb helping me .. good customer service is a rare experience in today's times so when you experience an exemplary service I feel it needs to be flagged! Thanks Dani again for your patience and excellent service you are an absolute star!

My Domain name had expired and was in a cool off period, Easily support sorted my new payment details and reinstated my Domain name same day within a few hours.
Very impressed with the service provided.

Having been in contact since December & now in April, my issue is not resolved. I’ve asked for a phone call but nothing. I receive emails but cannot send from my phone. Even trying to mail easily support the message comes up that “support at easily.uk” is not a valid email address & has been rejected by the server. I know that isn’t but text doesn’t allow email address. But into 4th month & no resolution. I have been with them for years but may have to look elsewhere for a proper service.

Terrible company. Slowly moving all my services away. Slow to respond, slow to action - systems don't work apart from their ability to invoice and charge on time.
Digital age. 3-5 days to respond! Says it all. If the systems (up date records etc) actually worked I wouldn't need to use "customer (no) service". Actually respond to Trust Pilot review quicker than customer issue. Wow!

Contacted customer support to renew a lapsed web domain. Replied with the hour and after checking a few security questions the domain was back up and running.
