I feel like giving you one star is too generous bc I’d give you negative stars if I could. You never respond to my messages emails or even my calls what an amazing customer service but I must say that it’s impressive how u manage to completely disappear when a customer actually needs help?
To anyone thinking of booking with this company don’t. Just don’t!!! Once you got a problem nice it’s officially ur problem forever cos Easybook won’t lift a finger to help u!!! Refund? Forget it. Assistance? What’s that? Responsibility? Nonexistent. It’s almost like they just take your money and run

Very dissapointing. i bought tickets from here twice and both of them i did not receive any order summary but they deducted my money. What is this? I am a student, now that this happens, i barely have money to buy another tickets to go back home. Very very dissapointing. If there's an interval problem, make an announcement!! or block people from making payment!!

I would give it 0 star if I could. Waited for a bus for one hour after spending half an hour looking for the pick up location. Doesn’t even have information or a ticket counter at pick up point in Penang. Contacted customer service and no response after being told I would be connected to an agent. Was forced to buy another set of tickets at extortionate price and having to wait another two hours. Definitely would not be using this company again. Highly disappointed and untrustworthy. Please do not use and just get the tickets directly at the station to save time and money!!!

Booked a bus ticket from KL to Singapore.
Bus and gate details were not shown in the booking summary and app.
No visible counter at the terminal!
No live agent!
No number to call!
WhatsApp contact said 9am to 10pm Monday to sunday customer service.
Messaged them at 4pm an hour before my boarding to find out about my bus details, but only got bot. Waited for an hour till I missed my bus timing. Still no response.
Customer service only emailed me after 7 hours only because I asked for refund, saying I needed to pay extra if I want my bus details to appear on the app after check-in. And now they won't refund my bus ticket that I wasn't able to use because their non-existent customer service did not provide the info that I need when I asked for it.
It was holiday season; buses are fully booked. Luckily, I managed to find a bus from a different booking platform on the same day, leaving 5 hours later.

Just to let everyone knows here to NOT BUY ANY TICKETS from them. I ended up losing my $280 for my ferry tickets to Bintan. Money have been deducted but no confirmation booking received. Stop asking us to check all places when it’s clearly a scam. I went down straight to Tanah Merah Ferry terminal and apparently there are people who got scammed as well. Ended up needing to buy another ferry tickets directly from Bintan Resort Ferries.
Lesson learnt after this incident-
ALWAYS BUY DIRECT. ITS EVEN CHEAPER THAN EASYBOOK!
They have all the time to reply to the reviews in this website, but NO TIME to reply to our queries in whatsapp. They take awhile to reply to our email. Police report will be made if the refunds are not in as promised to be 4-5 weeks later!
Who in the world refund thaaaat long. Fyi, they paid google so thats why their website is the first one to come out when you googled for bus/train/ferry tickets.

I book a coach to KL on SriMaju. In WhatsApp I asked where is the pick up point and was told at Tai Seng MRT exit B. It was not. Fortunately I found out last minute by myself. The bus company then wasted 40 mins trying to check in a pax. The bus driver drove to Yong Peng make a u turn to Ayer Hitam and back to Yong Peng….

I think it is easy to book tickets from Easybook, but if you have trouble finding your pickup point, there is no one to help you. For my return trip, there seemed to be no counter at Hatten Hotel. I needed to check if I was at the correct place to board my bus. The bus plate number was not updated in my Easybook app as well so I could not be sure if I had boarded the correct bus. I boarded the bus only because the driver confirmed that they will be going to the dropoff point that I need to go. As I do not have the contact number for the bus operator, I contacted Easybook's whatsapp channel but it was useless. They made me key in so many details, but there was one last question that asked whether I had sent the same enquiry to their email. After I keyed no, there was no response, and then it would time out and make me repeat my enquiry. There was no way to reach any live agent on Easybook's whatsapp. So unless you are familiar with the pickup and dropoff points that you are booking, it is hard to find support for your enquiries through Whatsapp.

I recently booked a bus ticket through Easybook, which was advertised as refundable. However, when I requested a refund, I was informed that it could only be processed if requested at least 24 hours before departure. The issue is, this 24-hour policy was not clearly stated in the terms and conditions, nor was it made apparent at the time of booking.
Despite reaching out to their support team and explaining that the refund conditions were unclear, my request was still denied. They failed to provide a valid explanation or sufficient justification for the refusal, which felt unfair and misleading.
The lack of transparency and refusal to honor the refund, despite the misleading terms, is extremely disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering booking with Easybook to double-check their terms carefully, as their policies seem to change without proper notice.
I hope Easybook reviews their refund policies and communication to ensure better customer service and avoid further confusion.

I booked a bus to Singapore, payment was successful but they didn't give any booking summary or eTicket. Only can email or WhatsApp and nobody answering..... No live agent, no number to calls.... I'm very disappointed with their service and I will never ever buy any tickets from easybook and will not recommend them to anybody. Service sucks!!!!! Now my ticket should be tomorrow morning and I still don't have any booking summary or ticket. How am I going to take bus tomorrow now 9.30 pm already, I'm trying for few hours... No reply no nothing at all! At last someone reply and tell me the booking was unsuccessful due to no booking confirmation issue. And they simply cancelled my booking and said refund will take 4-5 weeks... I am really disappointed and please avoid this company to buy your tickets. I've read others review almost all still didn't received their refund. You know how hard is the situation for people due to your incapability of handling this issues??

I wrote on 26/ 12 on my bad experience with Easybook which it replied today. I do not know how to put our conversation in 1 place, so I have to reply Easybook as follows.
Dear Easybook,
Your boilerplate reply is very disappointing. Let me point out the opportunities for improvement for your company and customer service.
1. You should not assume we did not communicate with your Easybook.com/ contact. I believe most of us did not get reasonable responses from them and therefore share our experiences here so others will not suffer the same fates. You should take the initiative to find out from your customer contacts about what transpired rather than burden us with having to make fruitless contacts again.
2. Apparently, you and your customer contacts are departmentized rather than to work as a team. There is no one to coordinate and responsible for customer satisfaction.
3. If you do not take our feedback as opportunities for improvement, then your customers will keep quiet and bring their business elsewhere. Some will share their experiences with their friends. Some companies take customer feedback as golden nuggets as they bother to highlight the companies' weaknesses back to them. Such far sighted companies will therefore improve their operations. Do you think you are contributing to your company's sustainability if feedbacks are just brushed aside?

Using Easybook is a gamble. They are just a middleman and don’t anything - just book your ticket. So, whether your trip is smooth or disastrous depends entirely on the provider. Unfortunately, they seem to take no responsibility when things go wrong.
I booked a Billion Stars bus from Butterworth to Melaka, scheduled to depart at 10:30 AM. After 45 min delay, still no bus. When I asked station staff where my bus was, they informed me it hadn’t even left Penang yet. We were eventually picked up at 11:45 AM and arrived in Melaka nearly 5 hours late.
Despite Easybook collecting my phone and email during booking, I received no updates or warnings about the delays. The bus was also nothing like the one advertised on their website. When I contacted customer service they washed their hands of responsibility at lightning speed.
Easybook’s website is functional and easy to use, but they need to take more responsibility for the services they promote. They should hold bus operators accountable by ensuring punctuality and quality through stricter oversight. Since they collect so much passenger information, why not use it to inform customers about delays? Simple measures like these could make a big difference.
I've had some good experiences, but again, this is down to operators, not Easybook. When something goes wrong, Easybook just washes their hands. If they took some responsibility, they could be a good company in an environment or tragically bad ones.

Book train ticket from Singapore to JB and JB back Singapore via Easybook app. Ticket pending not confirmed and easybook say will refund due to system issue. 4 month pass still have not received any refund. The customer service officer will keep saying that that are processing the refund.
