I had an extremely frustrating and terrible experience. First, they pressure you to recharge as a vendor, and then it's all downhill from there. None of your orders will reach your customers properly—either the package gets damaged, or they delay it so much that the customer just ends up canceling. And the absolute worst part? They don't even bother answering vendor calls! They’ll flood your phone when they want something, but the moment you need help, no one picks up. It’s ridiculous and beyond unprofessional. I’m seriously done with this! I’m going to raise my voice and make sure everyone knows what’s happening. I’m tweeting this directly to the founder to let them know exactly what kind of mess is going on here. It’s about time someone calls them out for the horrible service, constant delays, and total lack of accountability. Enough is enough!

I want to say that Ecom Express So Badly Services Because It Is Unprofessional Behaviour and the Parcel Has Been Received With Great Difficulty
I had written the address to the phone number absolutely correctly but at the time of receiving it was showing that the number had changed. Whose mistake is this and so we were troubled for 2 hours while giving the parcel and the behavior of the delivery boy was not good and at the headquarter of eco express. They also contacted the customer and asked him to pick up the call and then cut the call...I will not send parcels through Next Time ECOM Express.

I never ever ordered anything. It's just the worst company I had my order to be delivered on 16th of September but I was not given any update regarding my order did not receive any calls and it was really hard tracking where my parcel is and the agent just sent a message by 3:34 p.m. saying it was undelivered and this kept on happening and 23 September and then when I call the company from where I ordered my parcel the updated me that the parcel has been sent back and it was in order where I already paid for it and the agents were least bother to give an update when ever I call they wouldn't answer the call even they are just so lazy I I just received one phone call saying that your parcel will be delivered tomorrow and I asked the reason why was that's so any Hung up on me that was so disrespectful I wouldn't do that to any man on a phone call with me on the other side it was so rude and he never answer my calls ever again and till 23rd that I know that my parcel has been sent back to the seller and now I will have to reorder it

Worst service ever. Just working for looting money, not for delivering packages.

AWB 410010593945 Was stolen and not delivered by agent who after MyGate approval disappeared and did not pick my calls and without OTP verification or signature, it’s marked as delivered. Most useless service I have ever seen and they don’t answer customer phone calls. Pathetic

"I received a call two hours before the delivery, informing me that they were near my location. Despite this, they called multiple times before arriving, and their behavior was quite rude. It's frustrating because it feels like they expect us to wait around all day for the delivery, as if we have nothing else to do."

Why aren't there any negative stars. Worst service is provided by Ecom. My shipment which was going to be delivered on 27th August is still not delivered (31st August).
No one is picking up call and not even giving reply to my mail.

Please shout down your service. Don't irritate the customers. I got a parcel from meesho, it came from Delhi to Tamilnadu, but from Irugur, Coimbatore office to my place they without taking any single step for delivering the parcel, and simply they put a message that unable to deliver, and I went to that office, Mr. Hariharan told me that I got money for 3 failure attempts without taking any single step, and return the parcel to the seller. How clever he is??!! Finally my parcel returned to the seller. I spoke with him from the parcel reached his office and followed him by whatsapp and calls, I requested to him not to return it, and I come and collect in-person. Even though he returned it and answering me without any guilty. Worst experience... I mailed to Ecom express customer care from the date which the parcel reached the Coimbatore hub, but the result is zero. As usual they returned to the seller.
