You didn't deliver my item. £275 was paid to you and I never heard from since!!!!

No despatch info. No response to emails. No product recieved. Paypal investigating. Do not use.

The delivery took longer than expected, they probably need to update their shipment confirmation email (stated it would be with me by 22nd Jan but came on the 29th).
Customer service took days to reply when chasing up delivery.

But I now have the item, brand new as described with no issues. Trustworthy vendor.

My phone was supposed to arrive between 11/12 and 16/12, and it never arrives. I didn't receive any tracking feedback or anything.
Been sending them many mails to get informations of my package, and I never got answered.
In a day or two I will cancel the order and get the phone from another supplier.
I suspect scam.
Edit : Mail saying that it just has been shipped from overseas and may arrive 1 week later than expected delivery date. Will see.

Don’t use this company I’m awaiting communication about my order. I’m writing this review after my order should have arrived but alas no information is forthcoming. My order confirmation indicates it should have been received by now, but that was the last communication I’ve had. Extremely poor customer service. Taken my money and ran away

I bought a phone and few weeks later noting.after payment no comunication, supose to send a tracking number what come after 2 weeks but not the phone.Poor customer service.I even call the number. Is in Hong Kong, robot answer and NO English. They should put in their website the true delivery time and I can chose if I will buy it or not.now I need to go away with work and I will don't come back to UK for long time. If I knew all this trouble before never ever I will made this purchase. Is worth just to pay the extra money and you will avoid all this nightmare

Hello I orderd my asus rog 3 phone (estimated dilivery between the 5th and 10th) 2 weeks ago I have tried contacting multiple times through email (3) and your online website tickets (2) I have heard nothing the smallest bit of confermation I got that this may not be a scam was that dpd contacted me on the 9th stating your order should arrive on the 10th I was so exited I told my dad to keep a extra good look out as I get orders delivered to them since I'm always working my farther is retired so I know the order will be deliverd but nothing came...looked back on dpd and it ses we have received your order details but have not yet received the parcel this gives me a small glimmer of hope in what I initially taught was a scam tho I am wondering why it is taking so long I have 2 theories PayPal has a 14 day retern limit and are probably stalling until that day has passed witch dose not make you immortal or the website is UK based and the shop may not be I'm wondering if this website orders phones from China and gets them automatically diliverd to your door witch means they don't see the product they are selling it saves on were house storege and other costs. Now when (if) I get this phone I'll be doing tests on the legitimacy of the phone or my final theory is thairs a huge lack of trust communication and manegement in geniral. I'll be waiting for a reply now and I am sorry it has come to this but I think this website would be more of a success given the correct manegement, legitimacy, dedication and communication also options for faster or tracked delivery the only emails I have received from this compony is my proof of perchice and bot spams about how I have items in my basket as of I was given a good service I would of used this website again. I will make any necessary changes to this comment once I am contacted and if I am contacted I want this question answered...

Ok I now have my phone it took only a few days to get to me after this post tho I couldn't edit my rivew then the phone itself is in emaculate condition it runs well it's is a legitimate rog phone 3 with the correct specs I chose I am overall happy with the product yet not happy with the service it took me to right a bad rivew to get attention after that they were very plesent and kept me up to date but I think for the value and long-jeverdy (or however you spell it I'm deslexic and stupid 😂) of the component they need to work on communication and also notify were the phone is being dispatched from

Phone has arrived and seems perfectly great so far, much better price than anywhere else so really pleased. Delivery was stated 27 Nov-2nd Dec but phone didn't arrive until 8th Dec. Don't mind the wait as long as I know the date for delivery as it was my First time using this site so it was a bit worrying when the approx dates were almost passed and I hadn't had a shipping email as stated. Communication was good but only after I emailed EF. Would have been more reassuring if they had updated me with delivery dates. But I did get order confirmation straight away and a pretty fast response to my email querying delivery. I received shipping confirmation when it was shipped and a tracking number as well as tracking updates when it was out for delivery with DPD. All in all I would recommend. P.s don't be alarmed if tracking says your item is in transit in another country! Mine did come from abroad but genuine article and works perfectly normally with English settings as if purchased here.

Surprisingly not a scam! I was worried by the lack of communication but my new phone was ordered on a Monday and arrived on the Saturday. The IMX email did give the wrong delivery date but I expected that based on these reviews, and it was only two days out. Overall I’d use them again for the price saving over the UK options.

Fast and efficient - I originally ordered OnePlus 8T but changed my mind and upgraded to the 8 pro - customer service was excellent and processing and delivery was quick - very pleased - thank you

Took a while to arrive but the phone was exactly as it would have been if bought in the UK. The box was sealed, it had a UK charger. Was dubious before it arrived but am completely satisfied with my purchase

I have not yet received my product even tho the postal due date is over. There is no track and trace in place so I have no idea where my package is or even who it is being sent with. I have emailed and have no response. Started to get concerned now it won’t come and I will have to work with my bank to get my money back.
