I was in dire need of a new phone when I placed my order and they should inform me immediately that they are out of stock and not waiting for 10 days to tell me that I can have a different colour by waiting for another 10 to 12 days. Very bad customer service because I could easily have a new phone by now if I ordered elsewhere.

Scam will not order again

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20+ from this site last Sunday, not knowing that the phone was being shipped from another country. I realised the next morning that this wouldn't be a UK version of the hardware, so sent a cancellation and refund request. Didn't hear anything back at all until I chased them via email, and finally got a reply today saying it was stuck in logistics in Heathrow due to COVID.

EDIT: I have now received a full refund from the company and in honesty, they have been pleasant in communications. I just wish it were more visible on the site that items are shipped internationally because while some people are happy to have goods shipped from abroad, I prefer to buy mine a bit more local (despite the fact they are probably made abroad anyway).

Dear electronics frontier, if you read this review I beg you to get in touch and tell me where my order is up to. When the delivery date passed I emailed as your website suggests. When I got no reply I raised a ticket as your website suggests. I have had two emails from you asking me to check my basket but it's empty. You confirmed receipt of my order and took my £839. Please, please tell me where my order is up to. Can you also consider having a customer phone no if you are not going to reply to messages and emails.

Was slightly anxious about using this site as never heard of it. And slightly wary of the £400 discount on a £1000 phone, where's the catch? But having read other reviews glad I ordered. The new phone arrived within a week of ordering . Would definitely use this site again.

Did not receive the product yet, I asked the customer support for an update and never heard back from them. Still waiting for the delivery or at least a reply from them. In a day or two I will cancel the order and get the phone from another supplier.

I'll be honest, I was a bit nervous ordering my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 + Galaxy Buds at 35% discount from an online store based in Hong Kong. But the order arrived within the stated time window. Packaging was perfect, IMEI checked out fine, and everything works.

In other words, this site is 100% legit (at least in my experience). Can recommend and would personally order again anytime.

Initially suspicious of ordering from this website but went ahead given a number of good reviews plus they offered the best deal I could find online. I registered an account so was able to keep a receipt of the order. Would have given 5 stars however:

- I wasn't notified when the item was dispatched so had no idea of its whereabouts until it was actually out for delivery.
- I did get a DPD notification to track the package once it arrived in the UK but in the end I received the item 2 days later than the end of my anticipated delivery period (i believe it was 7-10 days and it ended up being delivered on the 12th day from order).

All in all, would consider purchasing again if I needed to find a good camera deal.

However I have requested a returns (RMA) number and are still awaiting any contact from them. So far its been a week since i contacted then on their email listed and via their website.

Item is still sealed and unopened.

I have seen your reply saying you have sent several emails, this isn’t true. You sent one after this review went up saying you hadn’t received any emails from me. I sent you proof of delivery and read receipts. I haven’t seen anything from you since almost a week, until I’ve received an email today 06/02/20 @18:28 replying to my website query that was almost two weeks ago.

Was skeptic at first but all in all all went well. Bought a samsung phone 400 pounds cheaper than on the market so am happy with that. All works well. The phone arrived in 3 working days.

Was a little skeptical having not brought from here before. However, was really impressed with the whole process of purchasing.
Note 20 ultra arrived within 4 working days. Was brand new and unopened. Also managed to save £300!!!

Very happy with the service. Phone perfect with UK plug (and a free European adapter). Arrived when they predicted, however the tracking details from the courier were useless. Contradictory details on tracking until the day the phone was actually delivered!
