Time for delivery was expected but the product was bashed and dented. Very disappointed as this is a gift.

Update -
I was contacted by the sellers who kindly offered £6 as a good will gesture towards the bashed product. I was told it left the warehouse in good condition and must have been pressurised along the way. It was wrapped in a single sheet of plastic bible wrap which is now clearly not adequate enough. There was no improvement or suggestion on how they will send the airpods out in the future, so potentially the same can happen again. So sorry for this to happen.

Ordered a one plus

Phone was over 3 weeks late in arriving.
Now that ive got the phone they have sent me an indian version of the one plus 8t to the uk
the price in rupees of the phone is less than what they charged me?
The box says the warranty of the phone is only for india so not sure how that works
the accesories are for indian sockets

for the sake of saving £30 this has been a nightmare experience.

Delivered on time in the uk after 7 working days & item received as new as expected. A satisfied customer ☺️

When I ordered my phone, I didn’t receive confirmation email so I had to send them an email and got reply in 24hrs saying I will receive my phone between 1st of May and October so emailed again to cancelled my order. Straight away I was told I will receive my order by 3rd of February so I don’t understand why they do this to customer.

Communication with a "customer service" is horrible. Not helpful at all. Dont respond for my emails to this day about my package. Even i sand it twice because i couldn't track my parcel so i wanted to know if they can help me or tell me something where it is. Fortunately parcel came after a few days later but was late like 5 days, so i was worried that is not gone arrive on time. Expecially when phone arrived a box from a phone was open. That label with "do not accept if seal is broken". Dont remember that I choose a phone from refurbished because I didn't want second hand phone, so that situation confusing me completely.

My new phone arrived on time, I'm very happy with service. Phone works great and price was significantly lower than on other websites.
