Excellent experience. Although a relatively unknown retailer in the UK, I found them very easy to deal with. Email queries were answered promptly. Although they are based in Hong Kong, I received my flagship phone in 4 working days! Tracking is provided. You may get a non-UK plug but a free adapter was provided. Mine was a Singapore unit where the same plug as the UK is used. The phone was more than £200 cheaper than in the UK. It was factory sealed and untouched. Will definitely use again.

My phone came on time despite the covid restrictions and the customer service was excellent.

I’ve ordered Samsung s20 plus two weeks ago. I’ve received the order on 7th ay after placing the order. Brand new item with original accessories n sealed box. The packing was great and the communication during the process of shipment was excellent. Most exciting thing is, I got it all for £100 cheaper when compared with anywhere else online. I would really use this site again.

Read the reviews and had some reservations with the location being outside the UK. But arrived sealed with a UK charger, within the window specified and works as a new phone should. Also works out cheaper if via Topcashback. Its the last time I buy phone as part of a contract!

I give them 1 extra star as the refund was processed efficiently.

Failed to deliver the phone I ordered and communication was pretty poor (until I used the email address associated with the paypal account).

Placed my order then realised it was coming from Hong Kong, thought i'd been scammed but a week later I received my order and very happy. Would give 5 stars as order confirmation etc was a bit vague and left me tense but would defo buy from here again.

Was a bit hesitant cos have not heard from them before but great service at a very good price

I purchased a galaxy note 10 lite for£100 less than I could find here in uk. Having reviews from other sellers based in Hong Kong I was very concerned but used paypal so gave me some reassurance I was getting a good deal. As it turned out I had nothing to worry about this seller is a credible business who clearly care about customer service and their integrity is clearly evidenced in their reviews so I would definitely recommend this seller if you are looking to pay a bargain price for your new mobile phone.

Electronics frontier is good.
But the compnay IMX Who deliver the products are not good.
I was waiting for the delivery 🚚 📦, nonbody turns up to my address.
Then I received an email saying sorry we missed you. your delivery is going back to the depot.
I had too drive for about 1hour & 30m each way to collect my parcel.

this was the best price i could find and quick post well done.

i ordered a Redmi Note 9 phone and was told delivery would be between 7 and 10 days but i received it in 3 days very happy indeed.
The package also contained a protective clear plastic sleeve - the soft spongey one - and a free UK plug adaptor. Will done and thank you, Electronic Frontier.

I initially gave a 1 star rating for this company as I was hugely frustrated by the lack of communication and answers to my questions about my order. It was unclear from my account page if my order had been shipped, and when I could expect it to be delivered as it constantly said 'processing'. However, the item has been delivered today, it appears to be excellent quality and so I have amended my review.

Absolutely outstanding...the phone came in five days...boxed and brand new.... covered by PayPal too... couldn't find it cheaper anywhere... looking for to purchasing the OnePlus pro 9 when it comes out from the one and only 'electronics frontier'.

AWFUL. Been in contact 'everyday' for almost 2 weeks. I was sold a product they don't have. In this time I was offered a different colour, this still hasn't been dispatched, almost 2 weeks and 10 emails later. 1/2 days for any reply. I have been lied too 5 times. (even told me it had been dispatched) I was offered a refund rather than a discount or sincere apology. I am still waiting for my device. Honestly, the worst service I have ever had from a 'trusty' website. WOULD NOT RECOMEND! WOULD NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN, EVEN IF YOU PAID ME. 1/100

Ease of placing order and very speedy/safe delivery

Ordered a Samsung S20+ phone from Electronics Frontier as they were one of the cheaper sites selling it. Wasn’t disappointed. Came earlier than expected and packaged very well. Would definitely order from them again.
