No issues at all. Camera arrived on time and well packaged

Product came fast and arrived in perfect condition, however the only reason I can't give five stars is because I didn't get the email confirming my order and when and how it would be delivered so I was left in the dark a little bit.

Delivered within a week to Manchester with no issues. Notifications go to Junk Mail so check. I first received a delivery slot by IMX/DPD saying the package would be delivered on Monday, however that was too early so,I didn’t expect it, and I think it was made by system error. No one showed up. I received another slot two days later and it was delivered on Wednesday. Overall happy with the service.

Where do I start - item I ordered was apparently not in stock but I didn’t get notified of this until over a week after the item had been ordered. Emails weren’t clear and I had to keep asking what was meant by the composer. Emails didn’t look official and didn’t have company name or order details in the heading.
Lastly I used a Credit card to purchase the item, first and only time I’d used that particular card and I’ve since had the same card being used fraudulently - I’m just grateful that the bank recognised the inconsistency in the usage and contacted me immediately.
Proceed with caution.

Very dubious as this was a 1st time ordering from electronics frontier and some of the reviews can put you off a little.

Would have given 10 stars only for the lack of communication when ordering.
When ordering do not expect a confirmation email or a tracking number for a few days.
I received an email from the parcel tracking company a few days later which kept me updated on where the parcel was.

Ordered and it came within the timeframe that was stated on the website.

The model A22223 works fine in the uk. No issues as previous brought up in older reviews.

Fantastic ... really pleased with the surface pro arrived a lot faster than I actually expected didn't have any idea because there is very little communication about the progress of the order but then again price was amazing so 4 stars out of 5, if there was more information about progress after the moment of purchase, I would give 10 stars out of 5 especially as it was DPD that handled delivery who are fantastic too.
Unlike the surface type cover that I bought from Microsoft who use the Useless Parcel Service

When I log into my account it just says processing. The money has left my bank account and I feel anxious my order won't arrive. After leaving this review Electronics Frontier got my order processed and sent, the phone arrived 29th

This is a good company, I received exactly what I ordered well within the time frame which they stated, product was well packaged. The price was the best price online so everything was perfect I'm very happy will be using this company for all my electronic gadget needs.
