I brought a phone from the website after reading good reviews on the place. Was a bit hesitant but went through with it. As soon as the order was placed i received NO emails. Absolutely nothing, no confirmation. I then continued to make an account so i could get tracking or confirmation via the account. It wouldnt let me log on, saying i must confirm my email, it prompted me to resend the verification link. But still I received no emails whatsoever. The payment has gone through but ive had no contact from electronics frontier.
Update: 2 days later i got my first response, after that things moved swiftly. However I am still unpleased with the service I initially received. Other than that everyone was good, phone came quickly.

Was a little sceptical when I saw the iphone my daughter wanted £100 cheaper here than elsewhere, but reviews looked legit so I went for it (with PayPal for extra protection). Happy to say all good though, phone arrived on the first day of the estimated deliver window, and although is had a European plug on it an adapter was included, and phone itself is perfectly fine. So 1 happy daughter, and 1 happy dad who saved himself £100 plus an extra £10 from a code I found online.

Treated myself to a smart watch. After searching around Electronicsfrontier came up with the best price. Arrived within a few days, well packaged, boxed seals in tact. Very happy with purchase.

Bought the Samsung note 10 lite. Package arrived within the time frame specified. New phone box untouched from the factory so all looked good. The only annoying part is that it was clearly originally bought in France so it has a European charger/plug. However they did provide an English adapter so that was helpful.

As a precaution I used the phone app 'Phone INFO' by vndnguyen (paid version) to check the phone was as expected, and it was all fine :).

The app showed:
1) The IMEI is not listed as stolen
2) The hardware specification of the phone was as expected
3) The phone was not refurbished.

So happy phone and company is all legit :)

I would note that the customer service speak english as second language but they are quick to reply and get things fixed. The phone colour i wanted was not in stock but an alternative colour provided. Phone charger was eu charger not uk with power adapter provided. But im ok with that. you can buy a replacement charger from amazon if you care about that.

Given i got such a great price and delivered quickly, i'm very happy

Side note - I origionally took the IMEI from the box and put it through an online IMEI checker to confirm the spec was as expected but I found the IMEI databases online were out of date, showing the wrong spec. I confirmed IMEI was ok by calling samsung and using the app 'Phone INFO'

From placing the order to it receiving it was 7 days and the phone I bought was a bargain and absolutely spot on.

Received v quickly the colour I ordered had sold out but they emailed and asked if a different colour was ok which in fact was better. Even got to chose my delivery day. Really pleased v good price and excellent service.Its always a risk ordering online cos there are so many scams but genuine company and excellent service. Wish all my online orders were so efficient.

I ordered an iPhone 11 from this company, I thought that the website was a bit poor (kept crashing, contact form doesn't work correctly, etc) .. but dismissed my concerns because I had found them through a top cashback site so figured they must be legit.

After ordering the phone it took a total of 12 days to receive it, despite it saying In Stock on the website. When I emailed them to ask where it was I received a bunch of vague responses over the days and that was the point at which I started to get suspicious.

Upon receiving the phone, it turned out that it was the model of the phone made specifically for the Chinese market, which I had not been aware of (it didn't state this on the website's product description). I emailed them to say that I wanted to return it, and at first they tried to say that it was the same phone etc, eventually they agreed to a return and refunding me "as long as there's no damage when we receive it and inspect it" - they said this so many times I was beginning to suspect that they might intentionally damage the phone to stop me getting a refund??? That's just speculation though. Luckily I hadn't even opened it so the box was sealed and I took a lot of photos of my packaging it up process to prove if I needed to.

Now to get my refund : I won't even bother to go through the boring detail of how many emails I sent, how many different people replied on the same email thread, the mistakes they made, the delays I had, the chasing I had to do, the number of proofs of postage and tracking signature screenshots I had to send etc etc etc ... basically it took 5 weeks to FINALLY get my refund (and that was only after I said I would leave negative reviews and also opened a case via Paypal).

So - I'm not saying they're not a legit seller ... but ... I would NEVER buy from them again as the process was SO painful and communication so poor and everything so slow. Yes they were cheaper but you get what you pay for - lesson learned.

Did consider knocking off one star, as virtually no tracking info was available for over a week from the courier. Information only started when it finally arrived in the UK.
However, my concerned emails were responded to very promptly and professionally by EF, who seemed able to get better tracking info, and the item arrived 2 days late, just as warned was likely on their website.
Very happy with the camera, and to be fair, if you are going to order through this route and gain the substantial savings, you need to accept that comes with some small risk.
I would certainly use again.

Delivered within the promised time scales, with good tracking information. Item (Samsung watch) was just as described in sealed box. Item works perfectly.
Would use again especially at these prices.
