Good quality shoes , and speedy delivery . Customer service absolutely excellent!

I just want to say a great big thank you for a very helpful and prompt service. I ordered the shoes on Tuesday and they arrived today Thursday.
Customer service outstanding thank you once again.

Great service, organised next day delivery for me as I had been let down by another supplier. Included something old for my wedding day which I thought was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing quality product with great attention to detail. Super fast delivery, in time for my wedding dress fitting. Service is spot on and I received a lovely, personal surprise ready for the big day.
Thank you so much!

Very happy with the customer service at Elegance of Elena, they have been very prompt in replying to my email and I am very happy with the product. A special shout out to Layla who has gone above and beyond to make sure that I got my shoes in time!

My wedding shoes arrived and they are absolutely beautiful. They seem comfortable so far as I am wearing them around the house to break them in. I am so excited to wear them on my wedding day. Customer service was quick and responsive and my shoes arrived surprisingly quickly.

The team have been more than helpful and have gone above and beyond in helping me find the perfect wedding shoe. Communication is great and super quick the ladies are really lovely!

Super fast delivery. And good quality

Amazing service, I love the shoes I received and the special little gifts that came with the shoes really did make it special thank you

Beautiful shoes perfect for my daughter's wedding in July excellent match for my outfit

The wedding shoes I ordered were beautiful, great quality and exactly as pictured and described. There was a slight delay in receiving them, however I e-mailed Layla, and she instantly responded, apologising and thoroughly explained what had happened, and kept me updated throughout. A lovely thank you note was packed with the shoes along with a sixpence, which I will be putting in my left shoe for good luck on the day!

Thanks again to Layla and the team at EoE, will recommend you for any future brides I come across! :)

A short wait for my sandals, but it was well worth it. Beautiful quality and style and fits true to style. Exactly what I wanted.

Very helpful, prompt service

Brilliant communication and customer service. The product was delayed due to them not getting the product but they were very apologetic and once they received the product on their end they shipped directly to me.

Ordered my bridal shoes from Elegance of Elena; they arrived quickly and are perfect! Also came with a lovely little extra which I will keep a secret here so that other brides get a lovely surprise like I did :)

Thank you so much xx

Beautifully comfortable shoes and very efficient service from start to finish

Lovely items, but still waiting for returns refund 10 days later. Not good if you've returned a few items it amounts to a lot of money.
NB. EOE has now been in touch via email and apologised and promised to get this actioned on Monday. So thank you for the quick response.

Great service, communication and the shoes are simply stunning. I loved the personal touch of the shop owner and the effort she put into accommodating my needs.
