Great villa, remote location
The villa was very nice, a lot of space, a lot to do in the villa. The pool, the ping pong table, the grill and all the excesories added to the family experience. The host responded quickly when we needed.
Location is a bit far from main attraction, and there are no airco.

Booked Villa Zaca 6 on Elba (ref 312605) on their 'Flexi Rate', which costs about 10% MORE than their own pay-in-full price and is described at checkout only by its payment schedule ('pay only 10% today and the balance within 60 days prior arrival'), with 'All rates include Cancellation Insurance in the price' printed underneath. Nowhere on that screen does it say the payment is 100% non-refundable. I cancelled two months before arrival. They kept every cent (€896.94), and my question about whether they re-sold the week was never answered. Every reply came from sales and booking staff; a letter addressed to management was answered by a sales manager.
The boat transfer was worse. I paid €1,500 for what their confirmation called 'a motorised inflatable boat with over 200 HP or a similar vessel, suitable for ensuring comfort and fast navigation'. What was assigned: a commercial dive workboat with wooden benches, tank racks and no shade. The alternatives offered were a cash fuel surcharge paid on the dock, or about €1,750 extra for the kind of boat described. When the transfer was cancelled, the refund was made conditional on their own supplier reimbursing them first, with no amount and no date given, twice. The €1,500 came back 63 minutes after they were told a credit card dispute had been lodged.
Draw your own conclusions. If you book anyway: pay by credit card, keep every email, and read the general conditions page that never appears on the booking screen.

Dear Guest, we are sorry to read a review which, as presented, does not provide the full picture of what actually occurred. Regarding the villa, the booking was made under a specific Flexi Rate, whose payment terms and conditions were clearly stated in the booking documentation you received and accepted. The same documentation also included the Stay Cancellation Insurance Policy, which is an insurance policy subject to its own terms and conditions and does not constitute a free cancellation option with an automatic right to a refund. Your cancellation and refund request was therefore assessed in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of booking. Your subsequent request to reconsider this decision was also reviewed, but could not be accepted as an exception to the applicable terms and conditions. With regard to the boat transfer, the account provided in your review does not accurately reflect what actually happened either. Just a few days before the service, specific types of boats were requested which had never been indicated at the time of booking and which had different characteristics and costs from the service originally arranged. We nevertheless made every effort to identify alternative solutions and subsequently agreed to your request for a refund. Although we were not required to do so under the applicable terms and conditions, we decided to grant you a full refund of the boat transfer. Processing the refund also required some time due to administrative matters involving the service provider, whom we repeatedly contacted and followed up with until the matter was resolved.
It is therefore not correct to state that Emma Villas simply retained your money or refused to issue a refund. On the contrary, we made every effort to accommodate your requests, both by managing the villa cancellation in accordance with the contractual terms and by granting a full refund for the transfer, going beyond what had originally been provided for.
We understand that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we believe it is important that other readers also have the opportunity to know all the relevant facts of the matter, rather than only one side of the story.

Emma villas Chiusdino accoglienza pessima, elettrodomestici non funzionanti ( frigoriferi), camere non in regola per la privacy ( mancanza di chiavi ad ogni stanza ), presa in affitto per 6 giorni troppe restrizioni, non hanno mantenuto gli accordi presi inizialmente, deludenti al massimo i cosiddetti " custodi ", mancanza disinfestazione di tafani e vespe, bidè che perdeva, docce non idone, water sporchi, in alcune stanze non c'era l'armadio, la nostra recensione complessiva di 14 persone è negativissima, VACANZE DELUDENTI E ROVINATE

Gentile Ospite, ci dispiace leggere una valutazione così negativa, soprattutto perché riteniamo che la recensione non rappresenti in modo completo quanto effettivamente accaduto durante il soggiorno. Le segnalazioni ricevute sono state prese in carico dal nostro Property Manager e, dove necessario, sono state fornite assistenza e indicazioni agli ospiti. Alcuni inconvenienti possono certamente verificarsi e vengono da noi gestiti con l’obiettivo di risolverli nel più breve tempo possibile. Riteniamo invece opportuno precisare che alcune delle contestazioni riportate nella recensione non corrispondono a disservizi della struttura. Ad esempio, non è previsto che ogni camera debba necessariamente essere dotata di una chiave individuale: la configurazione delle camere risponde anche a precise esigenze di sicurezza, proprio per evitare situazioni potenzialmente pericolose, come persone o bambini che possano accidentalmente rimanere chiuse all’interno. Anche le ulteriori problematiche descritte nella recensione devono essere necessariamente contestualizzate rispetto a quanto effettivamente verificato durante il soggiorno ed alla lora causa. Il frigorifero, al momento dell'arrivo, ha effettivamente avuto una temporanea difficoltà nel raggiungere la corretta temperatura; secondo quanto verificato dal Property Manager, ciò è avvenuto dopo essere stato riempito con numerosi alimenti e bevande, che hanno provocato un effetto “muro” impedendo la normale circolazione di aria e quindi difficoltà di raffreddamento. Agli ospiti è stato inoltre immediatamente indicato come alternativa il secondo frigorifero presente nell'annesso.
Ci preme inoltre ricordare che il soggiorno in una nostra struttura comporta il rispetto di alcune semplici regole, valide per tutti gli ospiti. Nel caso specifico, durante la permanenza sono state rilevate più volte presenze di persone esterne al gruppo prenotante, che utilizzavano anche la piscina, ed è stato necessario richiamare gli ospiti al rispetto delle condizioni della prenotazione. È stata inoltre contestata la corresponsione del supplemento previsto per la presenza del cane, tuttora non pagato.
Siamo sempre disponibili ad accogliere critiche e segnalazioni quando queste siano utili a migliorare il nostro servizio. Riteniamo però che una recensione debba rappresentare l’esperienza nel suo complesso e non possa essere utilizzata per restituire una versione parziale dei fatti, soprattutto quando nasce in un contesto nel quale agli ospiti è stato semplicemente richiesto di rispettare le regole previste per tutti. Ci dispiace quindi che il soggiorno non abbia soddisfatto le aspettative degli ospiti, ma non riteniamo corretta né proporzionata la definizione di “vacanze deludenti e rovinate” alla luce di quanto effettivamente accaduto.

Torre Pirandello que fue donde nos…
Torre Pirandello que fue donde nos quedamos la vista es maravillosa hay una zona de estacionamiento pegado a la casa que generalmente encontrábamos lugar para estacionar en auto, estábamos muy cerca de el centro de Taormina en donde hay estacionamientos públicos

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Elia 6 dal…
Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Elia 6 dal 10 al 16 agosto. Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato condizionato da alcune problematiche: pulizia iniziale non adeguata, presenza di galline, gallo e oche con rumori che hanno compromesso la tranquillità e, soprattutto, ingresso nella proprietà di due persone senza alcun preavviso, per occuparsi dell’orto.
Abbiamo documentato le varie situazioni con fotografie e presentato un reclamo formale, che abbiamo fatto sottoscrivere. Ad oggi, però, la risposta ricevuta dalla società si è limitata ad un semplice “grazie per la segnalazione”, che sinceramente non riteniamo una risposta adeguata rispetto alle problematiche segnalate.
Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe sicuramente delle potenzialità e ci auguriamo che queste osservazioni vengano prese seriamente in considerazione.

Desideriamo tuttavia precisare che, a seguito delle vostre segnalazioni durante il soggiorno, Emma Villas si è immediatamente attivata per verificare quanto accaduto, contrariamente da quanto affermato nella recensione. In particolare, abbiamo contattato la proprietà in merito alla presenza di persone all’interno dell’area esterna e abbiamo accertato che si trattava del responsabile dell’orto, che non era stato informato della presenza degli ospiti. Abbiamo provveduto a informarlo affinché non accedesse nuovamente alla proprietà durante il vostro soggiorno senza un preventivo avviso.
Per quanto riguarda invece la presenza di galline, oche e del gallo, comprendiamo che i relativi rumori possano essere stati percepiti come disturbanti. Casa Elia 6 è tuttavia una proprietà immersa in un contesto rurale e di campagna, caratteristica espressamente descritta nella presentazione della struttura, dove viene valorizzato proprio il suo contesto bucolico e che è sempre stato apprezzato dagli ospiti in tanti anni di locazioni. La presenza di animali da cortile e dei relativi rumori naturali è quindi legata all’ambiente in cui la villa è inserita e non rappresenta un servizio o una caratteristica che possa essere completamente eliminata.
In merito alla pulizia iniziale, prendiamo atto della vostra osservazione. Ci preme però evidenziare che tale problematica non risulta essere stata segnalata ne all’arrivo ne durante il soggiorno. Qualora fossimo stati informati tempestivamente, avremmo potuto intervenire immediatamente inviando una squadra di pulizia presso la struttura e verificando direttamente quanto da voi riscontrato, così da porre rimedio alle eventuali criticità già durante la vostra permanenza.
Riteniamo infine importante sottolineare che, contrariamente a quanto potrebbe emergere dalla recensione, le vostre segnalazioni non sono state ignorate: sono state verificate con la proprietà e hanno portato a interventi concreti già durante il vostro soggiorno. Ci dispiace pertanto che la vostra esperienza complessiva sia stata negativa, ma riteniamo doveroso precisare che, laddove le problematiche ci vengono tempestivamente segnalate, Emma Villas si adopera concretamente per verificarle e, ove possibile, risolverle nel più breve tempo possibile.

Villa Traiani
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Traiani! The villa completely fitted the description on the website and was very clean and tidy when we arrived! The garden, swimming pool and the view were amazing and very peaceful. The seperate bathroom for every bedroom were very convenient. The kitchen was fully equiped.
There was a small problem with a leak at the swimming pool shower but this has been solved very quickly and in communication with us to see when the workers could come to fix the problem.
We had a very pleasent holiday and will certainly rebook with Emma Villas!

Great week in Sardinia
Great week in Sardinia, staying at Villas Moros, modern and clean and lovely pool our Emma villas contact Edoardo and the local host Alfredo were proactive with their communication and ensured we have everything we needed for a great week, and clear instructions to check in and check out. They sorted a last minute request while we were there too!
Alfredo gave us good recommendations for the local area and our talks has already planted the seed for next year and another trip back to Sardinia to a different area!

Beautiful
Beautiful house, everything as advertised. Federica is an extremely accomodating host, helping out instantly when something might come up. Nice area, with plenty of things to do. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and peaceful trip to Italy, while also having the opportunity to visit both small towns and Rome.

A complete experience in Tuscany for anyone who wants to have it all!
All of our requests were met in due course, high willingness to react on immediately raised questions, very professional attendance in both sales phase and during our stay. Immediate reaction on all questions and requests. Most of all the Emma Villas Partner Cucina Artigianale sent us a really professional and client-oriented chef (Andrea) whose only goal was to make all of our culinary requests reality. Greatest kudos on the entire package. We will entirely recommend the package Emma and Cucina Artigianale to all of our friends as it makes larger groups' retreats to Italy an unforgettable experience - free of stress, unnecessary lookouts for restaurants during peak season. All in all the exactly correct choice for all who want to spend some time off the big hurries of everyday life in a quiet and fully-serviced environment.

Dream tuscan villa
We stayed here for our honeymoon and The house was well set up had everything we needed and Stefano made it easy to find the place, check in and gave us some great local recommendations and the grounds and pool was clean and tidy and the views was even better than the photos!
It was very private and peaceful
