We spent a week at the end of July in this beautiful house. We were a family vacationing there: two families with two children each (4,6,6,8 years old), two dogs and our mother. The villa is a beautifully renovated old hunting lodge: extremely stylish and equipped with every imaginable comfort. We especially loved the huge, old trees that provided wonderful shade during our summer stay, and the pool on the property. There's even a small forest on the grounds—perfect for our dogs—and the entire property is fenced, so neither children nor dogs could wander off. This gave us a wonderful sense of security throughout our vacation.
The billiard room and the gym were another great bonus, and the modern air conditioning in every room shouldn't go unmentioned—a real blessing in the summer.
Aside from the house itself, the area around Nizza Monferrato is simply stunning. Communication with the hosts was always friendly and straightforward.
We highly recommend Tenuta Schiavon and would love to return!
A few weeks before our holiday was due to begin, Emma Villas informed us that the villa we had originally booked was unfortunately no longer available. (-1⭐️) Of course, this was unexpected, but they immediately offered us an alternative. To make the change possible, we had to cancel our Airbnb reservation and book directly through Emma Villas.
In the end, everything worked out perfectly. We were given a beautiful villa that was even more expensive than our original booking, but Emma Villas honoured the original price, which we really appreciated. Communication with the villa owners was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Thank you to Emma Villas for finding such a great solution and making sure we still had a wonderful holiday!

Villa well below the standard advertised
We booked Villa Miki through Emma Villas for a week in August 2026 at a peak season rate.
The listing describes a modern villa, tastefully decorated in local traditional style. What we found was a dated house with furniture, fittings and sanitary ware at the end of their life. Old mattresses and linen, tables covered in plastic sheeting, furniture draped in loose sheets, and rooms crowded with a large porcelain collection.
Practical problems added up: a tumble dryer with no door, a shower head that does not fit its stand, a coffee maker for four in a villa advertised for eight or more, and torn mosquito screens at the outdoor table, which made the porch unusable in the evenings even though the listing calls it the strong point of the house. Large printed signs throughout the property instruct guests on what they may and may not do.
We also looked for a way to leave a review on the Emma Villas website and could not find one, only received a survey of which feedback may be publizided or not. For a broker in the premium segment we would expect both property inspections that hold owners to the advertised standard and open guest reviews on each listing.
The Piedmont location is genuinely good and the owners on site were pleasant. The property itself did not justify the price we paid.

These are precisely the type of issues for which our local team is available and which can often be addressed promptly when reported to us.

Your observations regarding the mattresses and linen, furnishings, sanitary fittings, mosquito screens and the overall presentation of the property have been shared with the relevant team so that they can be assessed and, where necessary, addressed with the property owners.

Prachtig eigen terein, fijn groot huis, we waren met een grote groep en je had je eigen plek, mooi zwembad, geen buren, goede host. We hadden kok aan huis gehad voor 1 avond en dat is goed bevallen! Het huis staat in the middle of nowhere. Er is er slechte wifi en beperkt contact met 5g.

Settimana stupenda e rilassante. Siamo stati veramente bene, il trullo era pulito, arredato e corredato di tutto il possibile immaginabile, il giardino curato, le piscine pulite, ben manutenute e igenizzate.
Il nostro ospite Alessandro, un padrone di casa discreto ma immediatamente presente all'occorrenza, gentile e generoso sia materialmente, con fornitura di prodotti dell'orto, vino locale e altre specialità della zona, sia sulle informazioni turistiche e culinarie migliori offerte dal territorio. Immerso nei filari di ulivi, si sentivano solo le cicale e il vento. Veramente bello!

Ci sono ville bellissime. E poi ci sono luoghi che cambiano il ritmo delle giornate.
Passo degli Aironi è uno di questi.
La casa è curata, accogliente e perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio, ma ciò che la rende davvero speciale è ciò che la circonda: lo stagno, il silenzio, gli aironi al mattino, i tramonti e la sensazione di essere immersi nella natura senza rinunciare al comfort.
La posizione è ideale per esplorare il sud-est della Sicilia, ma ogni volta veniva voglia di tornare “a casa”. Qui abbiamo avuto la sensazione di vivere la Sicilia, non solo di visitarla. È questo il ricordo più bello che porteremo con noi.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home in Tuscany at The Villa Il Cerreto. The house was very well maintained, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the large, spotless swimming pool, which was perfect for unwinding every day.
The peaceful location, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside, was ideal for relaxing while also providing an excellent base for exploring the many charming towns and attractions in the region. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The host, Marco, was always available and gave us good advice.
Overall, it was a truly fantastic holiday, and we would love to come back. We highly recommend this holiday home and are happy to give it a well-deserved five-star rating.

Topverblijf in Casale la SPLENDIDA
We logeerden in Casale la SPLENDIDA. Het huis was zeer groot, ingericht met mooi klassiek meubilair. De woning is goed uitgerust met airco in de kamers en een grote keuken. Er is ook een heel groot zwembad. Daniela zorgde ervoor dat het huis heel netjes was en was zeer sympathiek ! Gianluca stond in voor de praktische zaken: hij reageerde snel toen er een probleem met de electriciteit was en was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Emma Villas regelde alles prima voor ons! Dus heel fijne ervaring en aan iedereen aan te bevelen 👌!

I forbindelse med min 70 års fødselsdag, havde jeg en drøm om at fejre dette, sammen med mine børn og børnebørn, i evigt skønne Toscana. Vi kiggede på alle mulige udbydere, deres rating, deres politik, deres betalings tillæg, ja og selvfølgelig udvalg. Vi er så 100 % lykkelige og tilfredse med at valget faldt på Emma Villas, som i første omgang så lidt dyrere ud end alle mulige andre - men da vi så fik alt gennem læst og undersøgt - jammen så var ALT jo bare inkluderet i prisen og mulighed for flere betalings opdelinger - så perfekt - rengøring, forbrug, pool service, have service og alt muligt andet, var med i den første pris - ja det var en sand fornøjelse, blot at forlade villaen, med de skønneste ferie minder og en meget lykkelig farfar.

We had a very nice stay in Villa Carina…
We had a very nice stay in Villa Carina on Ischia. We were three families and 11 persons in total that stayed there for five nights. Beautiful villa and a nice outdoor and pool area. The view from the villa was breathtaking. The location is good with only 15 mins walk down to Ischia Porto and also easy access to bus and taxi. The service and help from the team has been very good all the way from booking and until check out.

The Villa Provenza, A+!
The Villa Provenza that we stayed at in Cefalu was absolutely superb! Emma Villa’s staff was very helpful! Everything was just perfect from coffee and beverage / breakfast room to having laundry in the Villa to the fantastic hilltop view of the water. The cleanliness, the pool, the amenities!! A+! We were 13 and we had plenty of room and everyone agreed it was the best vacation ever! We did have groceries delivered, and we had a chef come to the house one evening.

Ho già lamentato tutte manchevolezze della villa in primis con Emma villas responsabili di NON aver effettuato alcun controllo prima del check in. Inammissibile che mi si dica dopo un giorno di pulizie extra effettuate da me cliente pagante: “ Grazie per avercelo detto, non lo sapevamo”. Una volta conosciuto il proprietario, ovviamente le mie lamentele sono state indirizzate anche a lui, ma… la sua spiegazione a me è sembrata assolutamente appropriata: “ la villa ha un target medio-basso e non adatta a clienti esigenti”. Premesso che sono cliente di Emma Villas da 8 anni per una media di una/due volte l’anno e loro conoscono assai bene le mie esigenze. Diciamo pure che sono una rompiscatole, ma quando si ê trattato di fare i complimenti al loro operato l’ho sempre fatto, mandando loro anche clienti. Damiano, il proprietario almeno si è scusato milioni di volte, è stato disponibile su TUTTO e con la sua gentilezza, educazione e il suo savoir faire, si è fatto perdonare i buchi per cui io e i miei ospiti eravamo molto seccati. Emma Villas cosa ha fatto? NULLA. Ha addossato le responsabilità al proprietario, ha promesso una soluzione che tardava di giorno in giorno, accampando scuse sciocche. Quando poi io ho deciso di restare a villa Ciculino ( avevo chiesto il trasferimento in una villa a me già familiare e la disponibilità era un giorno sì, uno no, un altro che avrei dovuto pagare per l’upgrade) Emma Villas mi aveva promesso di mandare una ‘squadra’ a pulire a fondo. Le pulizie invece sono state effettuate da due signore deliziose si, ma mandate e pagate da Damiano. Questa info mi è stata data dalle signore stesse, perché Damiano, da signore, non ha proferito parola contro Emma Villas.
Mi sarei aspettata, dopo le avvenute telefonate di fuoco, che il giorno dopo le pulizie, o quello dopo ancora o il terzo mi chianasse qlc per sapere se ero più soddisfatta, se avessi bisogno di altro. Il NULLA assoluto!!!!
Mi è stato promesso un voucher di rimborso di 500€, ma da quel che ho compreso, forse mi sbaglio, il bonus va speso solo in strutture di proprietà esclusiva di Emma Villas… come dire io ti do 500 € poi tu me le restituisci aggiungendo il resto, perché con questa cifra ci pago una notte e mezza .
Pessimo. Comportamento pessimo.

Gentile Signora Registilla, ci dispiace leggere questa recensione, soprattutto considerando il rapporto costruito negli ultimi otto anni, durante i quali ha scelto Emma Villas per numerosi soggiorni. Proprio alla luce di questo rapporto riteniamo importante ricostruire alcuni aspetti della vicenda, affinché chi legge possa avere un quadro completo di quanto accaduto. A seguito delle Sue segnalazioni, il nostro Customer Service ha preso in carico la situazione e si è immediatamente attivato con il proprietario, responsabile della gestione operativa della struttura, affinché le criticità venissero verificate e risolte. Gli interventi necessari sono stati effettuati e, come Lei stessa riconosce nella recensione, il proprietario è stato presente e disponibile. Il fatto che alcuni interventi siano stati gestiti dal proprietario non significa che Emma Villas abbia ignorato le Sue segnalazioni o attribuito ad altri ogni responsabilità. Il nostro Customer Service ha seguito la situazione, mantenendo i contatti con Lei e con il proprietario e lavorando parallelamente a soluzioni alternative. Tra queste, Le è stato proposto il trasferimento presso Rosa dei Venti, una villa che già conosceva. Il 13 luglio ci ha inizialmente comunicato di accettare la soluzione. Nella stessa giornata, mentre stavamo organizzando quanto necessario per il trasferimento, ci ha successivamente comunicato la decisione di non spostarsi più, preferendo rimanere a Casa Ciculino. Rispettiamo naturalmente la Sua scelta, ma riteniamo importante precisarlo perché dalla recensione potrebbe emergere l'impressione che il trasferimento non sia stato concretamente preso in considerazione o che Emma Villas non abbia dato seguito alla soluzione. La corrispondenza intercorsa documenta invece una situazione diversa. Anche l'affermazione secondo cui Emma Villas avrebbe fatto “NULLA” ci sorprende. Nella sola giornata del 13 luglio il nostro Customer Service ha avuto con Lei numerosi contatti, ha lavorato all'ipotesi di trasferimento, verificato la disponibilità della struttura alternativa, mantenuto i rapporti con il proprietario e valutato con la Direzione un riconoscimento per il disagio. Emma Villas Le ha infatti concesso un voucher di € 500 per una futura prenotazione, proposta da Lei accettata. Non vogliamo negare che all'inizio del soggiorno vi siano state criticità. È proprio per questo che ci siamo attivati per trovare delle soluzioni. Ciò che riteniamo non rappresenti correttamente quanto accaduto è sostenere che Emma Villas non abbia fatto nulla o abbia lasciato la cliente sola nella gestione della situazione. Ci permettiamo infine una considerazione legata alla lunga storia che ci lega. In otto anni ha scelto Emma Villas per numerosi soggiorni e il fatto che abbia continuato a tornare da noi rappresenta, crediamo, un'importante testimonianza della fiducia maturata nel tempo. Per questo ci dispiace che questa esperienza, certamente iniziata con delle criticità, abbia portato a un giudizio pubblico così netto sull'operato di Emma Villas, senza che trovino altrettanto spazio né le esperienze precedenti né le azioni concretamente intraprese durante questo soggiorno. Ogni cliente è naturalmente libero di condividere la propria esperienza, positiva o negativa. Allo stesso modo riteniamo corretto, di fronte ad affermazioni così categoriche sul nostro operato, fornire a chi legge gli elementi necessari per valutare l'intera vicenda. Le criticità ci sono state. Sono state segnalate, prese in carico e affrontate. È stata individuata una struttura alternativa e avviato il trasferimento, successivamente non più desiderato dalla cliente. È stato riconosciuto un voucher di € 500. Questi sono i fatti, documentati dalla corrispondenza intercorsa, e riteniamo doveroso rappresentarli con la stessa trasparenza con cui accogliamo le critiche quando qualcosa non è andato come avrebbe dovuto.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was amazing! The location is close to Florence, Siena and not too far from Rome. The pool, jacuzzi etc was amazing and we literally spent days just lying out beside the pool. We have no hesitation in recommending this amazing property
