The Villa itself is located on an exeptional place, a hillside overlooking a great part between Pisa and Massarosa including the shoreline and beyond.
Stylish, modern and with all comfort (AC, pool, jaccuzzi, outside kitchen with grill, superb kitchen inside and a beautiful garden with running water and pond). Also a wallbox for EL vehicles is available.
And your hosts are amazing. Always helpful and always with the right advice to make your stay even more beautiful.

Panoramic views in Volterra
We stayed in a new villa in Volterra. The villa is situations with 180 panoramic views - both from the pool and from the dining/lounge area. Fantastic. Inside the aircon was perfect for the warm summer, and the kitchen was very well equipped for our family to enjoy our holiday. And we did!

La mia esperienza con Emma Villas è… NEGATIVISSIMA
La mia esperienza con Emma Villas è stata negativa per due prenotazioni consecutive.
PRIMA esperienza. Ho soggiornato in una villa che presentava problemi gravissimi fin dal primo giorno. La prima sera sono rimasto completamente senza energia elettrica esterna (neanche una lampadina accesa in tutto l'enorme giardino e la strada privata), in una casa isolata, immersa in un parco bellismo, e senza alcuna copertura telefonica (circostanza mai indicata nell'annuncio) e con una delle due porte d'ingresso inutilizzabile perché rotta - ci sono voluti cinque giorni per ripararla, e per tutto quel tempo si poteva entrare solo dalla cucina - oltre a un telecomando della TV mangiato da un cane, sostituito dopo oltre 3 giorni. Mi sono ritrovato al buio, senza possibilità di contattare nessuno e con evidenti problemi di sicurezza. L'assistenza è intervenuta soltanto circa 28 ore dopo, lasciandomi per oltre un giorno in una situazione inaccettabile per una struttura proposta da un operatore professionale. Solo successivamente ho notato che la descrizione della villa è stata aggiornata, inserendo informazioni che prima non erano presenti (omessa copertua gsm). A certificare le mie ragioni, un coupon di parziale rimborso di euro 200,00c.a. - ma su future prenotazioni, che ovviamente non ci saranno. Coupon perso.
SECONDA esperienza. Pensavo si fosse trattato di un episodio isolato. Purtroppo no. Dopo aver concluso una prenotazione tramite la loro procedura di offerta, aver ricevuto il voucher e aver pagato integralmente il corrispettivo richiesto (€ 2.700,00 in meno di 24 ore), mi è stato richiesto - a ridosso del soggiorno e tramite link di pagamento più email scritta inviata dopo il check-in online - un importo ulteriore di 98 euro per il cane. Il voucher contrattuale, invece, riportava un costo di 30 euro a settimana per animale tra i «servizi a richiesta», peraltro da pagare in loco. Mi sono quindi trovato a contestare una richiesta economica in palese contrasto con il contratto già concluso. Nel frattempo, altre richieste via email erano rimaste senza alcun riscontro. Alla mia contestazione - in cui ho esercitato il diritto di recesso previsto dal Codice del Turismo - è seguita una PEC in cui la società definiva la richiesta di 98 euro un «mero errore». Ma le comunicazioni che mi invitavano a pagare quella somma erano state plurime e reiterate, e in una telefonata dopo le suddette ben 2 email, mi era stato testualmente risposto: «vada a leggere il sito». Solo dopo la mia diffida scritta l'errore è diventato tale.
Al di là dei singoli episodi, ciò che mi ha deluso maggiormente è stata la gestione del cliente: informazioni essenziali non comunicate, problemi gestiti con estrema lentezza, richieste economiche formulate dopo la conclusione del contratto, e la risposta - solo dopo contestazione formale - «era un errore». Peccato che gli inviti a pagare fossero plurimi.... Sono in grado di documentare ogni aspetto, di quanto sopra esposto, in quanto rappresenta la vera realtà di quanto accaduto, motivo per il quale ho adito le vie legali, al fine di ottenere un giusto ristorno dei danni a mio avviso subiti.

Gentile Sig. Daniele, riteniamo doveroso intervenire pubblicamente perché la Sua recensione presenta una ricostruzione dei fatti che, per diversi aspetti, non corrisponde a quanto effettivamente accaduto.
Innanzitutto, la recensione mette insieme due soggiorni distinti, presentandoli come «due prenotazioni consecutive» entrambe estremamente negative. Tuttavia, per il soggiorno dell'anno precedente, effettuato presso Villa Chipieri, la valutazione espressa fu di 9,5/10, con giudizi di 10/10 sulla struttura, sugli accessori e arredamento, sulla piscina e sul servizio clienti, e di 9/10 sulla pulizia. È quindi quantomeno singolare che oggi quello stesso soggiorno venga rappresentato come una delle due esperienze «negativissime».
Quanto alla prenotazione presso Casale dei Tigli, è importante precisare un fatto essenziale: l'importo di €98 da Lei contestato non era quello previsto dal voucher. Il voucher indicava infatti €30 per il servizio relativo all'animale. Emma Villas, non appena rilevato l'errore, Le ha confermato formalmente che nessun importo aggiuntivo di €98 era dovuto.
Nonostante ciò, Lei ha scelto di recedere dalla prenotazione. Emma Villas, pur non avendo alcun obbligo di accettare tale richiesta alle condizioni da Lei prospettate, ha acconsentito all'annullamento senza applicare penali e ha provveduto all'integrale restituzione di quanto pagato. Tale rimborso è stato da Lei stesso confermato come ricevuto.
Riteniamo quindi importante che chi legge questa recensione conosca anche questi elementi, perché una recensione può certamente esprimere un giudizio negativo, ma dovrebbe farlo sulla base di una ricostruzione completa e corretta dei fatti.
Non entriamo pubblicamente nel merito di ogni ulteriore contestazione contenuta nella Sua recensione, anche per rispetto della riservatezza della corrispondenza intercorsa. Ci limitiamo a ribadire che Emma Villas ha sempre fornito riscontro alle contestazioni formalmente ricevute e, nel caso specifico, ha persino proceduto al rimborso integrale della prenotazione.
Ci dispiace che la Sua esperienza non abbia rispecchiato le Sue aspettative, ma non riteniamo corretto che una vicenda nella quale un errore è stato riconosciuto e prontamente corretto venga rappresentata come una condotta deliberatamente scorretta da parte della Società.
Emma Villas è sempre disponibile a confrontarsi con i propri clienti quando emergono problematiche reali e documentate. Proprio per questo riteniamo che anche le recensioni debbano essere fondate su fatti correttamente rappresentati.

Fell in love with Toscany
With 2 family's in one house might be a challenge. But this was truly one of the best holidays. With 6 teenagers the pool and ping pong table was all we need.
The house was great, parents own bedrooms on the groundfloor and all kids on the first floor and all with own bathroom was just great. It all looked as in the pictures and even better in reallife. This is going to be our new standard.
Our host Francesca was very helpful and only one text away!
Tuscany is really nice to discover, lovely nature, lovely city's and great food.

We loved the authenticity of farm life…
We loved the authenticity of farm life in Tuscany. From the orchard bearing apricots and cherries during our stay to the songbirds and native flowers and the harvesting of hay. The villa was perfectly suited for our 3 generation family of 4 families and 13 total with separate comfortable units for each family and large welcoming common spaces for meals and games.
The large clean swimming pool was used by all quite frequently. The nearby ancient hill town of Cortona became more special with each visit with lovely cafes and delicious dining. The nearby town of Camucia provided all the foodstuffs we needed. Our hosts were responsive to our needs while on property and we have recommended the villa to others interested in Tuscany.

Large family holiday
The villa was great for our large family group with a swimming pool. It was well equipped and peaceful. Beautiful rural location with amazing views, close to amenities, though you would have to drive to a supermarket and restaurant. Our villa was very near a winery and ‘must see’ places in Tuscany. We really enjoyed our stay.
Only a little disappointed at being charged for our late arrival, when our international flights were delayed and luggage was not transferred causing our lateness, and we had contacted host to make them aware we would not be at the villa by check-in time.

Nice quiet location
Nice quiet location. The cottage is very modern, everything is there for a relaxing holiday. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms.
There is a very nice large garden with swimming pool and covered terrace. There is also an indoor garage in the house. The owners received us very well and explained everything.
The region is very beautiful, a short distance from good wineries. It was a pleasant holiday.

Villa Anna Elisa 8 is a Beautiful Villa
Villa Anna Elisa 8 is in a beautiful location on top of a hill close to Bevagna in Umbria. The views of the olive trees and vineyards are magnificent. We spent many evenings watching the sun set from one balcony and many mornings watching the sun rise from another balcony. The villa had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. And it is close to many of the surrounding hill towns and wineries. Our concierge, Marco, was absolutely wonderful!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Villa Dimora Solaris ad Ugento, Lecce: l'esperienza è stata fantastica.
La proprietà è immersa in un immenso giardino mediterraneo curatissimo, che garantisce massima privacy e tranquillità. Gli spazi interni sono ampi, moderni e dotati di ogni comfort, perfetti per ospitare un gruppo numeroso grazie alle 4 camere e ai comodi bagni. La piscina all'aperto è ideale per rinfrescarsi nelle calde giornate estive!
L'assistenza del team di Emma Villas è stata come sempre professionale e puntuale, complimenti alla property manager Barbara, sempre disponibile e gentile.

What an Experience for my family
My wife, our seven children, and I stayed at this property for eight nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from check-in to check-out. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations.
The property itself is incredible—our children will always remember the time we spent here. The pool and the stunning views were highlights, providing the perfect setting to relax and enjoy time together as a family.
The kitchen was also absolutely spectacular—fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient.
Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic stay at Villa Nikka - Grazie Mille a Veronika & Fabrizio
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nikka, especially because of our hosts, Veronika & Fabrizio, who were really kind and caring, always quick in reacting to our inquiries and solving any occurring issues. The house was fully equipped and really clean. You could really feel that they are doing everything themselves.
