My siren box stopped working due to a flat battery.
Next day delivery would have been preferred. Poor notification by delivery company but otherwise ok.

Good website. Quick delivery. Excellent product at a reasonable price.

Absolute shambles of a company.

Ordered an 8 piece kit and was swayed by the App function. However on trying to download the App a message appeared advising the App was for an older version of Android.

I emailed the company within 24 hours to cancel the order and received a reply advising me to download the appropriate App for the Alarm!

This was the only email that I received a response to, 3 subsequent emails have been ignored.

AVOID!!!!!!!!

Would have given 5 stars other than the fact I was sent the wrong item but that was very quickly rectified!!

Good lock, customer services were initially slow but once everything remotely was checked they visited and sorted out the issues, I would say they went well above what I expected, would recommend the lock to everyone, it’s easy to use and keeps the house fully secure, four stars because it took a while, I would like to see more from this company e.g. bifold door locks etc.

I needed help to sort out a problem of my own making but was having difficulty resolving it.
I called the help desk and was pleased to speak to Kaush who was extremely helpful . He took time to lead me through the process and made sure the issue was sorted out.
I couldn't have wished for a more professional response .

I had a very positive discussion with experts on the phone , and when `I realised I had bought the wrong model they arranged for it to be returned.

I contacted ERA Protect because my 2-year-old alarm system had developed a couple of faults. I spoke to two different customer service agents on three separate occasions. Although it took a couple of weeks to sort out, my alarm system is again fully up and running. ERA Protect sent me two replacement sensors and an outdoor siren completely free of charge. Marvellous! A big shout out to John and Kaush. I am very pleased to recommend this company. Their alarm systems are competitively priced, easy to set up and the after sales service is brilliant.
