I've ordered at least 5 times from Esandro Vale and I have to say that as for the quality I don't have anything negative to say, obviously they are not top notch, but it's what I expected based on the price. The thing is every single time that I've ordered something I had to email them to remind them to ship my order. Furthermore, 2 out of the 5 times that I ordered I received the wrong product, the first time the clothes were one size larger than what I wanted but I wasn't extremely bothered by it and I didn't ask for a refund or asked to get a size lower. The second time ( now ) I ordered two sweaters, one black and one brown, both XL. Turns out they sent two black sweaters. I contacted them and they sent me the brown sweater that I originally wanted, but this time they got the size wrong and it's way too tight. I actually don't know what size it is because it's not even written on the label. I've had enough of this company, and to anyone who might be reading this I'd advice you to not order from here, I certainly won't spend anymore of my money here.

Do not order from this company. The shoes smell like a chemical plant but too small so I wanted to return. They have an Austin TX address but making me to return to the UK at great expense. I will pay it to prove a point.I keep telling myself to only order from Amazon because most other store returns are a nightmare.

This company should get a 0! I ordered a pair of shoes size 7.5 for an upcoming wedding. They sent me 2 pairs (again, I ordered 1!) and charged me twice! They did not fit, I needed an 8. Ordered 1 pair again and kept calling and emailing them to figure out how to return them -- NOTHING! They sent me 2 pairs again size 8 and charged me twice. Customer service does not exist.

This company takes a long time to create a “shipping label” almost a week later I decided to cancel my order because it was taking too long kept saying label created but nothing else. All of a sudden my order has already been shipped and nothing can be done with my 78$ order not including shipping. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Shoes are still not in my possession and I ordered on the 2nd of Sept and it is now the 12th and it’s “still shipping”. I will be returning never coming back and telling my work to also not go back. The way they handle situations is ridiculous.

Ich habe drei Hosen bestellt. Alle weichen 10cm von der angegebenen Größe ab. Hinzukommt dass die Hosen Flecken haben und Qualität unterirdisch ist.
Absolut unseriös, billig und unverschämt.
Kein echter Kundenservice, nur eine sich wiederholende und nichts verstehende KI. Hosen werden nicht zurückgenommen.

This company’s advertising is not as the items appear. Also, the return policy is extremely restrictive and was misleading on the website. I will not shop at this company and would recommend others not as well. It also took 3 days for the company to respond to my request for a refund.

I truly feel this company should be rated 0..they're incompetent and not reliable. I order shoes in June 2026 never received them ..1st time customer repeated complains about refund refuse to send me my money. Told me my shoes were sent out several times yet not once sent proof with a tracking number. Don't waste your time buying from them.

Absolutely horrible cheap shoes…do not buy. They look nothing like the website and they ship from England so if you want to return the return will be more than the shoes. What a scam of a company.

Never received my order. Made on Jun 21 and its now September. Scam site for sure!

Took 3 1/2 weeks to get then the quality of the shoe is very poor absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. Then they wouldn't refund my money or send a prepaid shipping label to return. Will NEVER order from them again

Look good in pictures. Sole cheap plastic and upper material fake suade. No box, cheap plastic wrap smashed in mail box. Toe and heel smashed in. Tried to return. Costs more to return than cost of shoes. Never order these shoes!

Horrid quality. Literally just crappy temu clothes.

Ordered a pair os shoes Aug 9, cost debited from my account, multiple calls and emails to check order status, no response. When calling, you only get an answering machine stating they are not available and to leave a message. Emails have not been responded to. ITS A SCAM! They will take your money then ghost you and you will not receive your order!

This is not as it seems. Products very poor quality and unless you pay to return to china, you will receive little in way of refund. Beware

Product cheaply made and not as advertised. Asked for photos of product after the photos were sent and no response since. It took 4 weeks to arrive. Very disappointed and probably won't get any money back.

NIE wieder. Ich habe die Bestellung zurückgesendet, da die Kleidung nicht passte. Das war vor mehreren Monaten, ich habe bisher noch kein Geld zurückerhalten. Bei Nachfragen werde ich vom Kundencenter nur mit den Worten "wir melden uns, sobald die wahre angekommen ist vertröstet.

Its a scam, sent me clothes that could fit on a mutant barby doll from China. The quality is so low I would not even donate it to the homeless. When asking to return there is zero response.

I ordered a pack of sundresses on May 16, 2026. On June 17th, the order was listed as "delivered" but I never received. I reached out to company but they would not respond. Every time I checked on where my order was, they only sent me the tracking information which I already had. I will NEVER order from them again.

Absolute junk. The worst tees I’ve ever seen. Not even fit for cleaning rags. Also the company make it almost impossible to return
