No issues, ordered via Amazon and was given a time frame and it was delivered by then. Also received a free T-shirt with both my orders. Would recommend using this company and will definitely use them again.

There was a problem with original colour I chose the company got in touch straight away to let me know I could pick another colour or refund. I opted for another colour, it arrives very quickly and was better than I expected. Will definitely order again!!

I Ordered a customised robe and didn’t read it properly where PayPal takes longer than cards to process. However I’ve given 4 stars because email customers service was a little rude when I asked about the package. The phone staff (I spoke to Alfie), she was brilliant! So helpful got everything sorted out for me and I had it delivered in time. Really happy with the print and quality of the products. Really great prices and so happy with everything else.

Honestly cannot fault their customer service. I ordered a Christmas jumper from them which I wore once and there was an issue with one of the seams. They quickly apologised, took details and photos to pass on to quality control and sent me a replacement all before christmas. One very happy customer.

I ordered three personalised bath robes for my son, niece and nephew. Different colours and sizes. When they arrived two were embroidered with my nieces name and one with my nephews name. Nothing for my son obviously. **BLIND PANIC 22/12/17 ** my son's was a stocking filler :-(. When I called the answer phone message states to send an email and a photo of the incorrect item, however I selected to speak personally to a member of staff. A really pleasant young lady answered my call. She apologised immensely for the error. She advised that she would get another gown embroidered and sent out in time for Christmas. It's understandable these things happen at this time of year. The gowns are really nice quality and the embroidery is fantastic, no rogue stitches to be seen. I'm very impressed as a first time purchaser. I will be buying again and will be making recommendations. Thank you to all involved with my order. (31837)

My daughter asked me to order a couple of sweatshirts from Amazon as she has just started watching "Stranger Things" on TV. We ordered the Stranger Christmas Sweatshirt and "Should I stay or should I eggo" sweatshirt. The quality of both sweatshirt were good, and my daughter thinks they are amazing and is more than happy. I must admit, they do fit well and look good on her. The delivery time was very quick, and I am one very happy customer, many thanks ethicstar

Disgusting company.

Ordered adult black jumpers, received child hoodies - ethicstar are ignoring emails, calls.

They answer the call and then go silent.

Stock is contunously sent incorrectly and the call centre staff are too dim to do anything.

Save your time and money and go to Another to order your clothing stock!

This is the second time I have used Ethic Star for bespoke items. They were a little slow of the mark with their communication but the end result was worth it. Absolutely perfect tote bags for my daughter's 7th birthday. I would highly recommend them.

I have been trying to get a quote on a large order. Left two messages nobody has got back to me. Every time I call I get a long winded message then an answer machine. Sent two emails one I received the quote still waiting for unanswered question. Seems lack of customer service with these guys is second to none! You would think they would want your business but apparently not. So it`s back to Absolute Apparel for me. I would avoid Ethic Star if you want good service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Have used Ethic Star previously so had no hesitation in reordering. I sent an initial email on the evening of 25th August and have just taken delivery of the embroided products today. Incredible turnaround. Professional service, competitive prices and incredible delivery! Even had a1 hour slot for delivery which was adhered to. cant fault any aspect of the process.Thank you

I ordered personalised bathrobes as part of a 2 year anniversary present for my wife, on 21st August, I got the confirmation email saying my order was being processed etc..
However I emailed the sales team twice since then to ask about the progress of my order but I got no response. I specifically mentioned that I needed the items before the 29th August (today). But I have obviously have been ignored. This is unacceptable service. Please reply to me and tell me that I will get my items asap.

I ordered from your website on 12th July. After ordering and paying from their team sent me an email saying that their quality check have found a major defect in the garment those products were out of stock.
I asked for an immediate refund but didn't get a response.
Yesturday after 2 weeks of no communication I received an email saying the major defective item is being delivered. So I immediately emailed them including the sales team to ask why they were sending it as I have asked for a refund on 12th July all I received back was' noted thank you'. I am extremely unhappy with no communication to tell me that the delivery has been cancelled and that my refund will be issued. They didn't send a note or an apology. So I am out of pocket for a week.
I don't want a defective item which is substandard, all I'm asking for is to have my money back.

I ordered 20 items from Ethic Star - I had done a lot of research and decided this was the right product. I had a deadline and their website said it would arrive on time. After ordering and paying, they sent me a one line email saying those products were out of stock. I asked for an immediate refund as I had to find a replacement product that day, but they didn't respond. A day later, I received my Paypal refund, that would take 5 - 7 days to show up in my account. They didn't send a note or an apology. So I am out of pocket for a week, because they can't manage the inventory on their website. A massive fail for customer service.
