Ethic Star have been fantastic at turning our t-shirt order around in super quick time. We gave them an incredibly tight deadline which was turned down by many other companies. Junior at Ethic Star kept us up to date on the order and delivery status throughout. Excellent service, one which I would recommend and definitely use again.

Ethic Star are amazing, especially Junior who was so helpful, kind and patient throughout the whole ordering process. We ordered gym sacs and had an urgent deadline and they met it without any question, which wasn’t easy as we needed printing too. The gym sacs were of amazing quality and everyone loved them! Used previously was OK so thought I would try again. This time very different experience. Did not receive tracking info with my order. Contacted them when it did not arrive only to be told that courier has lost the parcel and had no more in stock. Was not contacted or advised regarding delivery and it seems that they made up this story as they ran out of stock. I found the communication to be abrupt bordering on rude. Will stick to reputable suppliers that know how to deal with their customers. Added an extra star because they did refund.

Very impressed!

I ordered 300 items for a new uniform for my staff. Excellent quality - the design team were fantastic at bringing my idea's to life digitally. Great value for money!

Only downside is the order arrived late and when I called to check on it 3 or 4 times, they kept saying they would call me back to give me more info on the late order but they never did. I had to keep calling them.

Have bought 3 items from Ethic Star and hen there was a problem with third purchase they sorted it out without quibbles.

Amazing speedy service and top quality! I had made a personalised robe for my boyfriend's birthday... such a cool present. The quality for the price is unbeatable online and we got a free towel as a gift. It took less than a week to arrive. I recommend this company 100%

Slow service as they often needed chasing up, was told my order would take one week but it actually took six! However, they were quick to sort it out when there was a mix up with the order being delivered only half finished. Now I have the final product they look great and I am very happy with it.

Poor Customer Service

Purchased a bathrobe from bathrobes UK of which is supplied via ethic star, made attempts to get a refund, don't want to know, would rather do tests then never get back to me about it, gave them 14 days to give me a refund and still haven't managed to get back to me with a solution

Off to trading standards it is!

Edit: Given another 4 days to get back to me using a different email, still failed to respond - my initial review stands terrible company

Great service, I however ordered the wrong size in my items but received a fast and professional response to proceed with my exchange. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 hooded personalised bathrobes for a wedding gift. They arrived promptly, great colour, good cotton weight 450gsm. The video on site was informative. I think you should put the cotton weight next to the bathrobes it took me a while to find the weight. They are soft with a good pile and great quality. Product & site highly recommended.

The service from Ethic Star has been really bad. I order 7 Robes on 06.03.18 and as of today I am still waiting for the items despite chasing this company on many occasions to then be told you will have items in 4-6 weeks. I asked for a refund over a week ago and still no refund and so I have had to open a Paypal Resolution to get my money back. Will find another company who interested in our business.

I will recommend Ethic Star to anyone a heartbeat. My work was done professionally with no single hitch and though I was pressed for time, I was attended to and assured early delivery of my order. Courteous staff, excellent customer service and beautifully executed oder. I couldn't thank them enough especially Alfie, the customer service lady who attended to my order.

I've used this company a couple of times now for T-shirts and Tote bags. Both times items have been spot on and as described. The communication is second to none. The delivery times are super quick and arrive when stated. Over the years I have used numerous companies but have to say now I won't use anyone else because everything is perfect and hassle free. Cannot recommend highly enough, you can order without worries. Top Notch 😀
