I must admit that I was a bit wary when I placed my first order with them especially after reading all the bad reviews, but I kept chasing them for updates,the customer service team was always polite and professional but there was a mismatch of information sometimes. I was frustrated and wanted to cancel my order when I was told that there will be a delay,but someone got back to me and arranged for my personalised t-shirts to be made and delivered the next day (even though I only paid for standard delivery), to make sure that my delivery was on time and I was provided with a tracking number. Today I received my order as promised and the t-shirts look great, just as instructed and within the 5 days delivery period that I was promised. I am very pleased and will use them again. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they made me chase my order a bit, will give the full 5 stars next time if they keep up the good work. They're doing a great job, I think management just need to tidy up a bit the whole supply chain process to make the whole service smoother and more reliable for everyone.

Last year, I purchased 5 bathrobes—4 for adults, 1 for a child—to wear after utilizing the hot tub. I didn't anticipate these to be of such amazing quality for the cost.I delighted in ordering an additional one for a member of our family.I cannot express how highly I regard Ethicstar Ltd. They are competent, effective, and considerate of their clients.

Items never turned up on time received 4 days after I required them. They took £118 from my account and are refusing to refund this amount? Whatever you do please please don't buy anything from this company they will not responded to any emails you send them and they lie through their back teeth

Three days after the ‘delivered by’ date and I have neither my order or a peep from the hilariously named EthicStar. A con job.

Ordered 2 x personalised spa robes for my son as he enjoyed having one when we visited a spa recently. Placed order before reading the reviews and then I panicked I wouldn’t get my items or the quality would be terrible….They arrived before the scheduled date and I am really pleased with them. I can’t comment on the whole range but I am surprisingly pleased with my order and would buy again

Ordered a sweatshirt. Not received despite emailing & calling . Each time told I can't access the dispatch department.
Looking at the reviews lots of people have similar experiences. AVOID you won't get your goods. Shameful.

Avoid! They do not ship the products and just keep the money.

I honestly cannot recommend that you avoid this company enough if you want personalised products of ANY kind. The quality of the products we ordered was so low - underwear arrived dirty, transfers faded and damaged, t-shirt and tote bag screen printing completely wrong. Customer service is horrific, delayed/no response, never meeting deadlines they set themselves - AVOID.

I made a small order which was for some tshirts for a charity event. I received great customer service at the time of ordering however I never received my order and no response from my follow up email.

Awful misleading service.

I've has several issues over the years, but ordered again as they are cheap.

Our whole order was delivered the wrong colour, when i called to question they stated they requested colour was not in stock for up to 2 months.

When i asked why i was delivered a different colour rather than the order being refunded/cancelled they said 'factory must have sent them just in case' followed by 'can't you just use the ones we sent?' which was a completely different colour. When i replied no, then said 'fine, use the tees and we'll refund 50%'.

I advised i needed the colour ordered and wanted the tees even if a different brand, which they confirmed they had in stock. But would take 4-5 days to deliver.
I pressed for next day to stay within my deadline they refused. When i agreed the 4-5 days for replacement I had a phone call stating the tees would not be available for months.

They are a joke of a company. We've spent thousands with them, and they can't process a simple request.

I ordered a printed hoodie and a printed t-shirt on 29th May. The hoodie took over a month to arrive. The t-shirt took 58 days, but only after I emailed them over 15 times to ask them where it was.
Quality OK, timescales and customer service VERY POOR.

Ordered two t-shirts, one arrived and the other has not. This was in March and it's now July! Still being told that both were delivered with out proof of both being so and keep going in circles trying to get a refund on the one item. A shambles and non responsive to a number of emails, do not trust one bit!

Total misnomer - no ethics whatsoever. Timewasters. Items ordered and paid for were not delivered. Telephone calls were received politely but they always give the excuse that they can't get through to the department responsible for despatch. Promised callbacks never materialised. Emails were not answered. Attempts to get queries escalated blocked. Appalling service, cheats and liars, giving British business a bad name. Am pursuing refund via Paypal.

I placed an order on 8 June, delivery should be within 4-5 days max, I was told. Rang to chase up, it would be with me on Thursday 23 June. Thursday never came. Rang Tuesday 28 June, it would be sent by next day delivery. Rang yesterday, 30 June and requested a refund. I was told that, I would receive notification within half an hour. You have guessed it, I am still waiting. The company needs to change it's name! This was a test order, because further orders would have been placed. No way.

I have given one star because there wasn't an option to give zero.

Very disappointed, I ordered two hoodies and the print on one was incorrect. The other one was nice and hoodies are generally good quality hence two stars and not one. But I sent an email with photos and was told I would get the correct hoodie sent. That never happened, I phoned twice and emailed three times, don’t even get a response now and have not been able to use the incorrect hoodie which was meant to be a present. Very poor service.

Within minutes of wearing the onesies, the zips fell apart. I emailed ethic star but they refused to help saying the fault had to be reported within 2 weeks of receiving the order. However the order was planned for Easter and we didn’t try them on until then (4 weeks after receiving order). Now ignoring emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
