Received part of the correct order..
10 of the T-Shirts was the wrong make/brand and wrong colour.
I paid through PAYPAL so ill have to claim, I have contacted them and i have had replys,
But now.. i am being fobbed off, saying that they are busy and are not available to reply to my emails.
I have not used any of the clothing products i received, Because i know PAYPAL will ask me to
send them ALL back to them until PAYPAL will refund me, But the company will be charged
for return delivery, Not me.
After all, It was not my fault that i received the wrong order, why should i pay more for their mistakes.

I was a bit worried because I looked on trustpilot after I ordered but I was happy from start to finish they got back to me straight away via email. The order was for my daughter's wedding 9 embroidered robes that were mixed sizes including 4 children's the small youth size would fit age 2/4 was a bit long but so easy to take up a couple of inches. The embroidery is stunning I am so please and my order came early, I had about 9/10 days when I ordered and they came in about 6 days. If you had a bad experience with this company in the past I feel so sad for you but they must have changed manager or got their act together. I will defo use them again, so thank you to all involved with my order, they are a surprise for our Bride/Bridesmaids/Flower Girls/Page Boys ect.I know all will love them thank you again x
Awful - money scammers
Awful - have tried to be patient (was a Christmas Order through Bathrobesuk website for personalised onesies; ordered 2nd Dec).
Right up to Xmas Eve they claimed it was on its way and would be there in time. After it didn't arrive, they said (on Xmas Eve) it had been sent to wrong address and they'd process a refund but due to Xmas, manager to authorise wasn't available.
Since then, numerous emails (at least 5) and phone calls (at least 5 also), has resulted in each time being told "refunds take 1-2 days to appear" and they "are processing the refund". I have never been able to get the call handlers to escalate my call to management/supervisors and no one responds to emails. DO NOT USE. Apparently the idea of money for goods or refund the money is an alien concept to them.

No response to numerous emails
I ordered some tote bags to take to my beloved Mother's funeral. When I received the order, some items were left off. I emailed several times. Initially, a lady called Susan responded and was very apologetic. She asked for my phone number which I provided. I got no response. I eventually had to order the tote bags from another company for my Mum's funeral.
Since I got back, I have emailed again several times asking for a refund. Still nothing. I am very disappointed. They knew this was for my Mum's funeral and yet I have been treated so badly. All I am asking for is a refund for the good that I paid for which I did not receive.

Is the same company with Bathrobes uk.co.uk Don't purchase anything with the I have made an order with bathrobes and t-shirts for Christmas .A month later still I don't have nothing at all .I sent an email and they replied to me that the order is in production after a month I called them waiting half an hour and when someone answered they couldn't find the order number and they told that they will call me later to update me !!!! Until now nobody have called ..,.... I despite the purchase in PayPal and after a mont and half they refunded me .

When i asked were it was the stated that they sent me an email (which they didn't) and that is was faulty so didn't send. When i then asked for a refund they said that they did. To this day i still don't have my refund and they refuse to show me proof that they put in my bank account.

My first negative review. Ever.
Can't say I'm impressed with this company. Starting with a guarantee of delivery by a particular date, followed by repeatedly altering my order due to stock shortages (even though my order had been accepted, twice), followed by a 1 month delay, which lost me customers, all along with multiple ignored emails (after payment had been made). Upon finally receiving the items, they quality seems average at best. I was hoping to use this company for future products but after this experience I will not. And wouldn't recommend. This is the first negative review I have ever left.
Confusing Ordering System - More Than One Website
Initially I felt that their system was fairly efficient and I received my personalised onesie in good time for Christmas. However, I ordered a Youth size small which according to their website is between Kids size and Adult size, but I was sent a Kids size small which is aged 5-6. I have emailed several times but have only received the standard response that they will look into it. I have also rung them 3 times to try to resolve this. Twice I have been reassured that the item will be replaced in time for Christmas but it’s now Christmas Day and I have nothing to give my Grandson! When I tried to explain that I ordered Youth size as clearly stated on my invoice they say they only have Kids or Adult and as I ordered Youth size small I got Kids size small. I had to keep repeating that this is not what it says on their website to which they asked me what website as they have several. I then sent them screenshots of the different sizes as detailed on the website I was using and was once again reassured I would have a replacement in time for Christmas. It’s a shame their customer service is so poor and they come across as unconcerned and rude, as the original item I received was good quality and the personalisation as requested. Not sure what I’m going to do with a personalised onesie aged 5-6 for a 13 year old! They are very quick to take your money but not in sorting out any issues. Wasted money.

Ordered a childs apron on 17th June, it's now 23rd September and after 5 emails, 3 phone calls I am still waiting for my purchase!!!

After two months of waiting for personalised hoodies for my best friends wedding still no products. Twice they said they would redo and resend them and never received. Worst service i have ever received… made up names, appalling customer service.
On the refund it said no postal address… not once did they say they didnt have my address. Also my address was at the top of the invoice THEY sent me.
I ended up buying my own hoodies and then transfers from etsy much cheaper and i did a better job.

Ordered 5 bath robes in November, one had completely wrong name on it (their error) and another had the embroidery in a completely different font to the others font. Contacted company in December, they replied to mine in January and said they would send replacement for wrong name in 6-9 week (March) and would refund me for the wrong font. Finally got wrong font back in June but nothing whatsoever for the wrong name despite changing many times. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Product didn’t appear after three weeks so I called them. The guy who answers the phone each time is the most vague, rude person in the world. No reason given for the item not appearing. Said he would call me back... never did. So I called again and asked for a refund. He said it was being processed and he would call me back. He never did. I’ve since called twice to demand a refund. Still no product or a refund. Fuming.

Thieves! Took my money but nothing ever received. I have sent several emails asking where my polo shirt is but with no credible answers. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!
