Hello, first of all, I recommend you to change the cargo company. It has been weeks and the product I purchased has still not been delivered and I cannot see the cargo movements at this time.

With all EU orders, it does depend on the country and location on how long the courier can take to deliver. I can see you have been liaising with the Customer Service department who explained that you will receive this in the next 5 days. Whilst we appreciate the delivery is a little longer than expected, we have no control over how long the courier can take. The warehouse reached out to the courier to find out when this will be delivered which was followed up in an email to you the same day.
We have also checked the tracking and can see movement since you last communicated with the team

As the team explained to you all returns are inspected at the warehouse before a refund is processed. The 2nd pair of Bennet's you returned have clear signs of wear. As we advised on the email chain, these was not sent to you in this condition and we have the right to reject any footwear that have been worn (and not just tried on indoors on clear floor).

Still the point is that you’ve sent me worn shoes and blame me. I had ordered the exacte same pair by accident. Why should I return worn shoes and keep unworn shoes. It seems you rather believe customers are lying than admit that you made a mistake.
It’s a real terrible service, and costs a lot of time and energy.

We have checked with the Customer Service team and I cannot see any communication under your name and unfortunately you haven't quoted your order number on here so we cannot investigate this issue for you.
For context, with all EU returns, we ask for images of the product the customer is wanting to return. However, the return is only approved for a refund once the warehouse team fully inspects the goods once they are in possession of them. If any product is found to be worn (which perhaps was concealed in the original images), we will reach out to the customer with evidence of the worn shoes, and the return is rejected.
If you have been in touch with the team under a different name, we are confident that they have explained this in more detail.

EDIT: Thank you for the order numbers. 2 out of the 3 items was accepted and refunded. The remaining item has been rejected and evidence supporting their decision has been provided. We can see the team have requested further images for the 4th item you want to return as it shown signs of wear. The 5th has been accepted for you to return.

Vorsicht vor diesen Unternehmen.
Hab bis heute noch keine Ware und es ist 1monat her.
Dpd soll ein Schuhkarton im Briefkasten geliefert haben.
Und damit ist das Unternehmen durch und bemüht sich nicht.
Viel Ärger wo man es jetzt über die Polizei laufen lassen muss.

Das ist richtig trotzdem hab ich die Rücksendung nicht erhalten.
Ich hab nix unterschrieben da ich auf Arbeit war.
Status ist auch Briefkasten wo die Sendung nicht reinpasst.
Und ihr team bemüht sich nicht mit DPD Kontakt aufzunehmen.
PayPal Käuferschutz kann da nix machen da Sendung zugestellt per Briefkasten und sie verfolgen es nicht ob da was komisch sein kann. Das muss man denn über Verbraucherzentrale und Polizei machen wenn der Verkäufer nix macht

We have checked with the Customer Service department and can see the team have been communicating with you throughout. For context, you returned 'worn' shoes to us which was rejected as they are not in a resalable condition. Photos of the worn shoes was provided to you via email and was returned these back to you at our expense. Following this, a signed POD and GPS location was provided. As you are aware the team have been liaising with the warehouse to obtain further information from the courier.
With regret, the chargeback you submitted on your order to advise you did not receive the shoes was investigated by paypal but as you confirmed, this was rejected by them and was resolved in our favour due to the evidence we provided.
We are very sorry but the team have done everything we can at this stage but they will be in touch with you once they receive further feedback.

Unreliable delivery company
I love this brand, not all their shoes are my cup of tea, but that's personal. I got my first pair from and in the Bijenkorf, saw it, tried it and fell in love. Still have te pair, since 2023. I even use them for my work!
The 2nd pair I bought them online, unfortunately the size is fine, but the width is smaller.
I recently bought a new pair, but my regular size didn't fit well.
I give Mallet 1 star, rather NO STAR because they use in The Netherlands DPD delivery company. Bad experience: AT HOME you see the map where the truck is, and suddenly you get a mail telling "Sorry, we've missed you"...What the..
MALLET should find a reliable company!
