Nice looking shoes, but quality?
The shoes look nice overall and the packaging is attractive. On the other hand, it’s a product from China that tries to appear luxurious, but unfortunately, once you notice the glue on the toe of the shoe, it’s clear that this is not a luxury product—it’s more like fancy-looking poor quality. The shoes are definitely not worth the price they’re being sold for, which is a shame, because if they were well-made, they would actually be very nice shoes. It also seems like one shoe is slightly bigger than the other.

We have checked with the Customer Service team and cannot see any communication from you. It is very disappointing that you have received footwear that has some quality control issues. All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch so I am very sorry that your product is not up to our normal high standards.
