Buchung super schnell und einfach, ob 10-Tages Vignette oder Flatrate. Problem mit der Kündigung durch den Online-Service schnell und freundlich geklärt. Jederzeit und einfach kündbar.
Super schnell und einfach, allerdings nicht direkt klar welches Produkt man kaufen muss und ob man automatisch ein Abo hat wenn man nicht kündigt, lässt sich aber bestimmt herausfinden.

They deliberately take customers’ money…
They deliberately take customers’ money by failing to clearly disclose the automatic renewal and by making the cancellation process unclear and difficult when purchasing a vignette.
Regarding DMC’s response, I do not consider their explanation credible. Around 6% of reviewers report experiences similar to mine, which suggests that this is not an isolated misunderstanding.
In my experience, the website does not provide sufficiently clear and prominent information that a monthly recurring charge will be activated.
I have therefore submitted a complaint to "Verbraucherzentrale NRW", and I would recommend that other customers who have had the same experience consider doing the same.

The payment terms are not clearly…
The payment terms are not clearly explained when purchasing the vignette. It is not made clear that payments will be automatically charged for six months.
Even after contacting customer support immediately to cancel the subscription and request a refund, there was no possibility of getting the money back.
I find this practice very misleading and disappointing. Customers should be clearly informed about recurring payments before making a purchase, and there should be a reasonable option to cancel the subscription and receive a refund if the recurring charge was not clearly communicated.

ACHTUNG!
ACHTUNG!! ich kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Sobald man hier eine Vignette kauft, schließt man eine Flatrate von 10,80€ (CZ) ab. Mir haben die 10,80€ jeden Monat danach abgebucht. Hab es leider erst spät gemerkt, da kein Vertrag oder sonstige Unterlagen mir zugesendet wurde. Das gute ist, dass der Support sofort reagiert und man das Abo gleich kündigen kann. Aber Abo‘s sollte man so verkaufen, dass diese auf erstem Blick ersichtlich sind. Keine Rückerstattung für die vorher gezahlten, nicht genutzten Leistungen.
Zudem habe ich die Vignette gegen 23:00 Uhr gekauft und Mittags am nächsten Tag habe ich erst sie Bestätigung bekommen, sprich war sie Vignette erst um 12:00 Uhr am nächsten Tag gültig und ich bin ohne gefahren.

Wenn man eine einmalige 10-Tages Vignette abschließt, wird automatisch eine Abo-Flatrate eingestellt. Leider war dies nicht transparent dargestellt.
Also es gibt andere Seiten, da funktioniert das genauso einfach und es ist eindeutig ersichtlicher was man da genau abschließt.
Nachtrag:
Es wurde der Kundendienst kontaktiert. Eine Beendigung ist nicht mit sofortiger Wirkung möglich, sondern zum Monatsabschluss.
Zudem ist der Kundendienst nicht sonderlich hilfreich, wenn es um das Thema Erstattung geht.
Wie bereits oben erwähnt, ist der Abschluss der Flatrate nicht deutlich ersichtlich.

Like some others, i thought it is to purchase one vignette, but it is a subscription for six months, which is not clear enough. I Paid two months for nothing. I’ve immediately requested the cancellation and refund. I will update this review once they react. Pay attention please!
