first of all, products are terrific. I use the venus for sagging eye lids and the lumo for jowls. I don't expect to look like I'm 20 but these have made a difference. The customer service is excellent. Responsive, helpful, and friendly. I am well satisfied. Expensive = but worth every penny

When I looked at my eyes I thought my only option was a blepharoplasty: my skin was saggy without elasticity and I thought I was hopeless because I am 50! Then I start searching on the Web and I found Evenskin Venus: I decided to give I try before turning into an office treatment. I have been using it for a month, 5 times per week as per manufacturer recommendation.I'm very impressed: my skin is more toned and elastic and I can see that my look is more fresh. I did not expect to get this result in such a short time. I totally recommend it: easy to use, does not take too much time and the warm sensation of the radiofrequency is relaxing, which is a bonus! My Limo device suddenly was too painful to use, even on the lowest setting, when I had been using it on the 3 bar setting. I had not used this every week, as recommended, my point being that despite having purchased it over a year earlier, this should not have "broke" that soon. I reached out the the company, dealing with Shahroz, who was exceptional in his caring and prompt communication. They sent me a new device. I was told I would be receiving the newest 2025 model, however I received the older model. While I am very appreciative for the replacement, I am disappointed that I did not get the 2025 model, as I was told. Another time, I had forgotten my charger in Florida, I reached out to them and they sent me a new one at no cost to me. This is a great company, superior customer service, and Shahroz really made me feel as if he truly wanted to make this right, and the company did! Very impressed! I'm hopping they will send me the 2025 model though!

Bought the bundle from Walmart's website recently. The devices are surprisingly high build quality and being less than 5 sessions in, quite satisfied with the results I have already got. Not cheap, but their stuff works folks!

Actually, I had a great experience with this company. The best customer service ever! Shahroz Bhatti is an amazing agent in this company he was such a great help and makes you feel like family. I can't thank him enough for all the help he gave me and the fast email replies. He tries to solve the issues I faced in a fast and professional way, and really tries so hard. I had the LUMO Evensky device, and it does work. I am 71 years old, no plastic surgery or anything else used on my body.
I used LUMO for my face, which it tightens the skin, and the results are felt immediate. UNTIL IT BROKE two years later. Too early don't you think? Furthermore, the company does not back up any kind of guarantee, or exchange for another device, some kind of program to help in cases like this one, they offer nothing, after expending so much money, it is really disappointing.
I think the company is not good, but the device is great.
*This device is for mature older people not for young people that don't need it.

As I had received a gift from a friend that was similar to the product I ordered I requested to return the product that I had purchased. It was un opened. Shahroz could not have been more accommodating! -a model of incredible customer service that most companies should learn from! I love this company. Shahroz kept me informed every step of the way! Great products. Ordered my way way back to the Gold Coast and had it delivered to my Australian address three days after I got back. Was a bit afraid about efficacy, the cost and the results not matching up, especially given that their products ship out of North America. I think mine came out of New York. In any case, thankfully, the turned out to be great for my skin upkeep.

Mind blown by their professionalism and real concern for client support and fiding suitable solutions. I had an issue with my delivery (not their fault) and got a hold of them by phone in a blink of an eye, exchanged with someone very efficient that walked me through a very arranging offer, very kind and trully taking the time to listen and be available, i am from France and we definitely would need more of that devotion to client support and professionalism 😜

I bought their main skin device in 2021. Then I (believe it was the following year) that I got the eye one as well for Christmas. I needed a charger and called in a couple weeks ago and they got it over to me within a week. I was politely asked by the girl I spoke to over the phone to provide my feedback after all this time so that's why I am following through on leaving this review. Their products have worked for me, and I have been using La Mer, A. Bader, and Clinique products as well for my skin care. The combination of the high quality skin care products with the evenskin devices really seems to have made a drastic change in my skin. Its more radiant, defeinitely more tighter and feels healthier in every way. I also feel that I look a lot less tried, and fresher when I look at myself in the mirror.
