I had the Lumo for around 45 days now, and I’m obsessed!!😍 my skin is glowing, and my smile lines are looking much better. Also, I have to mention that i accidentally made a typo in my shipping address and didn’t realize until the next day. I was so worried, but their customer service (shoutout to Tami!) was so helpful and fixed it for me right away.

I wasn’t planning to buy the Lumo or anything from them at first—& i had actually been looking at the Eclipse because it looked nice, was a bit more affordable-looking and I thought it might be good enough for what I needed as I previously had a nuface until it stopped working six months into my journey...and then there was a whole year gap in which I used nothing besides serums and moisturizers due the death of my beloved Georgy. Also I’m 64, and to be honest, I wasn’t even sure if these kinds of devices would do much for someone my age because that's a lot of sagging especially in my neck area. So, out of curiosity, I clicked on the live chat on their website after I Google's their site, and this was just to ask a couple questions before ordering, and I’m REALLY glad I did!. The person I spoke with (Tami) asked a number of Q's about my skin and what I had done in the past, and explained in a calm and respectful way that the Eclipse was not it, that it for younger skin. She recommended the lumo instead, especially the new one given that it's better at lasting and saying it was better for mature skin and well rated for that —and honestly, I appreciated the honesty. It didn’t feel pushy or like a sales thing, just helpful. I’ve now had the Lumo for a little over 8 months, and I’ve contacted their support team more times than I can count (probably 10+ times!) with all sorts of questions—and they ALWAYS get back to me, and with actual helpful answers, not just a copy paste. That level of service is rare these days! As for the device itself, it’s held up really well—it feels solid, the battery lasts a long time, and it’s become part of my weekly routine now. I’ve tried other devices in the past (one of them broke within 3 months (Newa) and the other six months as I mentioned above (nuface), and most of them just didn’t do much, but the Lumo has actually shown me visible results—especially around the jawline and cheeks, which is amazing because as we get older it gets HARDER to see changes, let’s be honest. At my last facial, my esthetician even asked if I had done something or tried Botox—I haven’t. Just been using my Lumo consistently! Also, one thing that really helped early on was when I messaged them about feeling a bit too much of a zing with the microcurrent feature, and the rep told me to actually try using a little less conduction gel than I had been. That small tip made a BIG difference! It toned down the EMS microcurrent sensation just enough to make it comfortable and easy to use without compromising results—something I wouldn't have figured out on my own. So if you’re around my age and not sure what to go for, I’d really suggest speaking to their team first like I did, because I would’ve ended up buying the wrong thing otherwise. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to say something because this has honestly been one of the few products that actually lives up to what it says—and for us older women, that’s not easy to come by!!

I purchased a Lumo from Evenskyn and it only lasted 6 1/2 months before it died (no longer charges). I contacted them and 3 weeks later was sent a DEAD replacement. I contacted them again and was sent ANOTHER DEAD replacement. They admitted they have an issue with batteries and have upgraded to a new model with a longer lasting battery. They expected me to pay $400 to buy a new one (a 50% discount). I am still within the one year warranty period and they refuse to refund my purchase. They initially claimed I had no warranty! After doing some research I have discovered that this is a common complaint with many others and some have indicated that their positive reviews are actually fake. I have had to contact BBB as this is really bad for a company to not honor their warranty when they know they have a defective product. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Many others have this same issue. Also be aware that this is NOT the same Company - it was sold just over a year ago. They have not paid Influencers and no longer honor their warranty on faulty products! They will delay deliveries, make excuses, tell you lies and just can't be trusted as a reputable Company.

Ordered it. It's only been three weeks but I'm already starting to see benefits to my skin. Its definitely looking more health, although I think it's still too early to tell what the long term benefit will be. However, from what I'm seeing so far, I'm expecting a lot! *Fingers crossed*🤞 Also, might I add, as someone from Montreal, QC, I want to support a local company over others. Just my 2 cents...

Got their device for my wife couple years ago for Valentines Day. This year as I was looking around for a gift yet again I was reminded of how much she loves the devices I got for her. Just dropped by to leave a review to share that all I hear is good things form her about her skin is glowing etc...here's to hoping I never need to use their anti-wrinkle devices myself haha

I am delighted customer of EvenSkyn and pleased to share my experience. Over the past of few months, I have been using their full range of Anti-Wrinkles products, including their top-tire device, the Lumo, The results has been truly remarkable each device has significantly improved my skin.
Despite living in a rural area, I have always received my orders promptly, with every delivery arriving faster than expected. The quality and effectiveness of their products have consistently exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend EvenSkyn for anyone seeking premium skincare solutions.

On January 28th I payed for 2 devices. More than 10 days latter I have not herad about the delivery time or anything despite of having sent many emails asking for ifo. I never thought thta something recomended by Dr A. Youn would be this bad.

I am so disappointed. I've had this Lumo for less than 2 years and the battery is dying out and doesn't look like it can be replaced, at least not by me. It's a shame to pay soooo much money and the battery isn't replaceable. When I first wrote to them regarding this matter, Shahroz Bhatti replied right away. But I was told that the warranty is only one year and that it has been more than one year. I expressed how disappointed I was and asked that they review the case again and see if they could replace the battery or something else. Shahroz told me that he would escalate this to management and get back to me. It's been a week now and they keep ghosting me. What a rip off not to mention the customer service. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Avoid spending your hard earned cash. I had the device for 9 months, it worked fine. Not sure it helped wrinkles, I used it once a week, about 36 times and noticed no difference. I moved and it was unused for four months. I went to use it again, forever hopeful, and now the battery will not hold a charge. I was offered a "new" one at half price with no option to replace the battery. For the price of this thing, this is totally unacceptable. The company does not stand behind their product and based on other reviews, does not use a quality battery. BUY SOMETHING ELSE.

It stopped working after 25 times ...i used it with care. Waste of money...so disappointed

Got their new Lumo+ for 2025. Speechless with the results. Never did I think that i'd actually see results with a handheld device - the kind that I only imagined would materialize after spending thousands of bucks at a clinic and after incurring lots of pain. My lip line are almost completely gone and i've only used it 7 or 8 times now. Can't wait for their holiday sale to get their eye wand too!

This device did not work for me. I contacted evenskyn. They extended the 8 weeks. Still did't work. They sent me the instructions how to send it back. I returned the device. They kept the device and said they started the refund process. I never recievd the refund and they just ignored me.

I loved the results from my Lumo, but after only a year it will not charge anymore. I’m disappointed ☹️

Just over a year it stopped working. It has a complete charge but now does not complete even 1 of the settings. Very disappointing for a very expensive product.

The expensive Lumo device damaged my skin. After a year of consistent use I have 2 dime sized concave holes on my cheeks, where I focused treatment. I only noticed the damage after I stopped using the device due to the battery dying shortly after the warranty expired. I used the device consistently, 1x per week, on the RF mode only, for about 13 months, and that was enough to cause the damage. Thinking of filing a complaint with the better business bureau bc after I posted several comments on their facebook posts to warn others, they blocked me. Which has now inspired me to escalate and warn others even more. They are intentionally misleading people. Be warned about this company and think twice!

I agree with Paul Cello. My Lumo stopped working after a year of using it. It stopped charging. I am a very careful person when it comes to my skin care items. For such an expensive product, it should last a long time, not only a year! I am so disappointed. Not buying Evenskyn products anymore.
