Like several others I bought this very expensive device and it stopped charging properly after a year. They offered a "discount" on their new device. Total scam. Given the other reviews on here this is a known problem that they fixed in the new device but rather than standing by their product they just want you to spend MORE money on a new device that simply fixes a problem from the first device.

I request to cancel my order. Until now, they have not refunded my money. Beware of this business; they will take your money and never send the products.

I bought a Lumo device and it lasted just a little over a year (which was passed the warranty) then the battery would not stay charged. Even tho it would read a full charge, it would only last a couple of minutes.. I believe there is another person who wrote with this same experience. Well I received a discounted price on the "new & improved" version Lumo and I must say... it's terrible. It sends a painful random shock when I use it. I returned it for a refund and they sent me another one instead of refunding my money... So I gave that one a try and the same result. Same random and painful shocks to the face... I called and spoke with them about this and they said, "try the lowest setting, use water, use it dry???" They are terrible about returning emails as well.. I would NOT recommend this company's Lumo device. I also read here in other posts that emails have gone ignored.. well, here is a phone number to contact them 1 (866) 386-7596. Hopefully this can those who have had trouble with this inconsiderate and very unprofessional company who lies and prey on people

Loved the device while it worked. It lasted a little over a year. Will not charge and when it does look like it’s charged the charge doesn’t last but a couple of minutes . Very disappointing.. paid full price for the device , which seemed pricey at the time for me . I am so disappointed!!!!!

Update:May, 15, 2024.. evenskyn contacted me , gave me a reasonable discount on a new lumo which is supposed to have an updated and improved battery. Look forward to getting it .

I purchased a bundle that included 3 devices. I received the Lumo device but not the other 2 devices. First time I emailed them, they responded immediately saying it will be sent separately. Well, they went completely dark.

It's been 3 months, no refund for those 2 devices; nor did I receive the other devices. I do like the Lumo but I didn't get what I paid for. I have contacted the BBB and my credit card company.

My order number is 1015941.

Maybe I will hear something soon.

4.15.2024 Update - after contacting the Better Business Bureau, writing reviews and contacting the company again, I finally got an apology. Evenskyn sent me the missing devices and I'm fine with that.

I purchased the Lumo, Venus, and Phoenix prior to the liquidation sale. I did see if I could return the Venus and Phoenix, but staff asked that I give it more time before returning. Really with the liquidation sale I'm not sure if they will honor a return. The Phoenix does assist with depuffing when placed in the freezer to cool off the face.

The Lumo concerned me when I found out that RFP can damage fat cells. I also tried the Nira on my forehead before the Lumo, which resulted in deeper lines. To NIra's credit they did honor my return at the 3 week mark. I haven't seen any changes in my face after 3 months of use with the Lumo. No fat loss or tightening. My wrinkles are just as deep. Surprisingly Adipeau helps with forehead lines as a temporary plumper. I just wish it was available at a cheaper price.

I purchased the Cosmo and 2 bottles of the conduction gel during the Evenskyn liquidation sale. The vibration on the Cosmo seems to be on the weak side, so still not sure if it helps with absorbing lotions. The conduction gel is my favorite product from the site-very hydrating when paired with a water spritzer.

It did take 1 month to receive the Cosmo and 2 bottles. I called and emailed the staff to find out from Evenskyn management that the order had been canceled but not refunded. Staff canceled the order to change the color of the Cosmo. White happened to be out of stock, and of course black isn't an option during the liquidation sale. Management arranged shipping that same week for the black Cosmo at the liquidation price.

I think some of the products would be worth purchasing (e.g., conduction gel and light mask) during the liquidation sale. Be warned that you may need to reach out multiple times if your order is still pending at 1 month. I was one step away from a chargeback to my credit card.

On 7/21/23 I ordered the Eclipse. My credit card was charged. A month later, on 8/22, I received an apologetic email regarding a delay. I received the same thing on 9/15, and then again on 10/31. After that, I received no more pro-active updates. I've reached out to the company four additional times, and received the run-around: the devices arrived in the warehouse "last week", "today"--we're processing them "as we speak." I reached out again 12/5 and was told the inventory is being "held up with UPS." More apologies. No reference to my request for a refund after more than four months. I've had positive experiences with this company in the past, but something is going on.

I used this product for 5 months religiously and it has done nothing for my face like it claims, to lift and produce collagen and get rid of fine lines and wrinkles. Ha what an expensive joke. I'm hoping to be able to return it but it's doubtful because it's only got a 60 day window. This product is terrible and if I could rate it less than one star I would.

They made me wait a month for the white Lumo but guess what? It was absolutely worth it! Despite them stating that it was out of stock, their initially slow shipping had me worried if I was ever going to get it, but when it did finally arrive I can assure you that their lumo product works very well and my face looks more lifted than it ever has in the last decade. Also, they had forgotten to give me the free gel and their staff helped me get my free gel within a week of my complaint. With their good device and good customer service response to my issues they've got me as a very happy and satisfied customer, which frankly, is what matters (at least to me).

I would give less than one star, if possible. I got my Lumo Evenskin in July 2022. About a week ago the device started turning off by itself during treatment (approximately 3-4 mins after using). It would not restart unless I charge it for few minutes and start all over. Very inconvenient and also with doing this I absolutely have no idea of how many minutes I am using the device on my face-dangerous!.
I contacted their customer service: they said that after the warranty expires (12 months after purchase), they are not responsible. I have been using the device as recommended and cleaning in the same recommended way for 15 months. Customer service asked me to buy a new device and they would offer a discount. Bottom line: I have to spend another $250 to have the device which will likely die after a year?.... This is absurd.

Have had a great experience using their lumo ageing product. Given my 2 months of usage their products tend to be a bit on the pricier side but do what they claim. I therefore recommend evenskyn.

evenskyn is a very good company. i like their face and body skin products very much. good make for my salon all equipment is working very well for 2 year now.

This is a similar review to another customer's, about shipping. I received the 4 packages of products two weeks ago, still in their boxes in my hall way. I thought there was free shipping or at least accounted for in my total bills, but today I received two bills from UPS, totaling CHF 126.10. I am now concerned about whether I will receive more bills for the shipping.

randomly stumbled upon evenskyn products one day and decided to give their venus eye a try and found it to be a great add on to my eye care routine . i then got their led mask as well and have been quite happy with the look of freshness it gives me once . only drawback being if i stop using it for a month or two the glow goes away . overall im quite happy with the stuff i got from them

Purchased evenskyn face and eye treatment devices from Bestbuy. Where I live in northern Ontario, there aren't many spas and these devices really are the best I can get out here. Well worth the money given the progress I am continuing to experience.

This device stopped working after using it for a year and nine months and it only comes with a one year warranty. I only used the device once per week and took great care of it. It had never been dropped nor mishandled. For the high price of this device it should have lasted much longer! I contacted the company and they were not willing to offer a replacement. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service and the quality of this device.

I got the three bundle pack with the lumo venus and phoenix device and had lots of questions at first. Also my lumo was missing a ring. Why I am writing this review is how well the company handles the situation. I called in early monday morning after having received the products the week prior and was blown away. Spoke to a sweet lady who took the time to walk me through all the ways I could use my devices and she not only fixed the ring issue by dispatching me a new one but also emailed me a list of products I could use for best results. It is rare these days to find a company that will do everything evenskyn did for me when I had just made the leap of faith to go all in.

And as for the results? Now having used all three products for over 45 odd days now i can tell how my skin is improving. my jowls and 11's look so much better and my turkey neck looks not as loose, so things definitely seem to be going in the right direction.

I waited 7 patient days for it to arrive at my address in Hawaii after ordering, and then I opened the box to my amazement and voila - a beautiful, well made, high quality product lay before my eyes! It's now been just over 2 and a half months so i've gotten around 10 uses out of it since receiving it and given that I stick to doing it once a week only, and boy am I amazed at how much tightening has taken place. My skin feels so much more supple, healthy and I just feel like it has given me something for the first time no fancy cream or procedure ever has - VOLUME!!! Also lately I have regularly been complemented by friend and family alike -something that has also never happened by the way about how much nicer my skin looks. I am beyond sold on how good the Lumo device is and I can't wait till the next time I use this pretty thing.

I have all of their products. I am 51 and am complimented on my skin daily. 2 day shipping with a $7 border customs fee. Had an issue with 1 product and received a new one immediately. Customer service was great. Highly recommend this company and their products.

I higlly recommand. Their mask led had become an indispensable in my skin care routine. Furthermore their customer service is irreproachable and very helpful. My mask had a little problem soon after the warrant had expired. They replaced it for free whereas nothing obliged them to.
