Resposta da Eyecare Shop
As a small online business reviews are essential in helping us gain visibility in search engines and to help us compete against large busineses like Amazon. I appreciate its annoying getting requests, but a bad review is detrimental, which is unfair when we provided a good service otherwise. Your order was fulfilled and delivered within two days.
Fixing my mistake with no fuss
I made a mistake on an order and they fixed it immediately before it was despatched.

At least eyes are not teeth
3 bottles of saline solution and a rubber thing to insert lenses with.
Rubber thing is far too expensive for what it is but no different to every other similar website on earth.
Ordered - arrived within a few days - good
