SAFETY GLASSES
Eyelation has a 30-day guarantee on most safety glasses ordered through the kiosk. During this 30-day period, a customer may send his/her glasses back to Eyelation ONE time, at Eyelation's expense, for an adjustment, exchange, or a full refund. The 30-day exchange period begins from the date they are shipped/received, not ordered.
In order to obtain a refund, you must contact Eyelation Customer Service at 888-308-4703 or questions@eyelation.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Customer Service is available Mon.-Fri. 8am-6pm CST.
For exchanges, a full credit will be issued for the returned pair and a new order will be placed for the replacement pair. All monies will be refunded or charged to the customer and/or company as appropriate. Glasses that are received past the 30 days are no longer eligible for a return or refund.
Most frames carry a 1-year warranty against breakage caused by normal wear and tear. During this period, a customer may send his/her eyeglasses back, at the customer's expense, for a one-time replacement at no cost. It is at Eyelation's discretion to determine if damage is considered normal wear and tear. Replacement frames, whether purchased or issued under a warranty, are not covered under warranty.
When Hard Coating is purchased, the lenses have a one-year, one-time warranty replacement against breakage and major scratches. During this period, a customer may send his/her eyeglasses back, at the customer's expense, for replacement lenses at no cost. This warranty is void if any paper cleaning products, solvents, ammonia or ammonia-based products (such as Windex) have been used on the lenses. It is at Eyelation's discretion to determine if the damage is covered under warranty.
If a doctor prescribes a "multifocal style*" lens and the customer chooses to order single vision instead, then the customer waives the 30-day warranty.
Glasses ordered against the optician's recommendation are not eligible for a return or exchange.
*A "multifocal style" lens is a lens characterized as a lens that contains multiple powers within the lens. Multifocal style lenses can be bifocals, trifocals, and progressives. Prescriptions written with an ADD power are written for a bifocal.

To receive a refund, shoes must not have been worn or used, cannot show wear & tear, have no scuff marks, scratches, or dirt, and must be returned in its original packing box. It is at the discretion of Eyelation to issue refund. Shoes that show visible signs of use will not be issued credit, and the shoes will be returned to the customer.

There were a variety of glasses offered at the onsite display. The ordering process was quite easy and straightforward, especially if you already had a valid prescription. My only dislike was that there were a few glasses pictured in the promotions that were not available, which was a bit of a disappointment but the rep did explain that there are some excluded items based on what your company is willing to cover.

Trying to get back a hold of Eyelation to return my glasses throw phone calls and emails and no answers. Also the glasses that I got did not said on eyelation that they were small framed glasses.

I never got my respirator glasses
I never got my respirator glasses. And the glasses i got I cant use at work. It fogs up so bad I cant see and now I know the frames I got cant be used with my nose. Also the focus point that is clear up close to read is at the bottom sliver of the glasses. I need to return the glasses.

The style of glasses I ordered were out of stock but I wasn’t told that until I received the glasses with a note saying I can re order the style I wanted and get them when they are back in stock. Meaning I’ll be waiting months most likely until that happens, wish the website would’ve just let me know so I could’ve ordered a different style. All that aside the glasses are good quality, everything extra I ordered came with it and it took about a month from the day I ordered till I received them.

I asked to not have an eye exam
I asked to not have an eye exam, that I just needed 1.50 readers and he did an exam anyway and gave me a prescription that isn't accurate. Now I lose out cause I have to return the glasses and don't get what I want. I also asked for strap and didn't receive one. I wonder if I paid for that?

The person doing the exam was great. The only thing I was disappointed in is the frames I wanted were on back order, so I had to choose another frame that I don't like.

I ordered blue frames
I ordered blue frames, and I received brown. And, it took about 3 weeks to receive them. I’m not very happy. I was told there is no ETA on when my blue colored frames will become available. I was told by Brianna to call back in 30 days.So I am not inclined to give a review of more than 1 star.
