my cable developed a fault 18 months (Rain damage .. my bad! ) after purchase I contacted ezoom to get it replaced or serviced. Within 4 days of them it receiving the cable it had been repaired and returned to me working perfectly. The communication and service is really good not just when they sell you a cable but when things sometimes go wrong they resolve it quickly

I’ve had such a positive experience when dealing with e-zoomed, I decided that I needed to leave a review.

These guys are excellent.

I carelessly damaged my 15m EV charging cable and reached out to e-zoomed where I had bought the cable.

I was expecting bad news.

Olivia responded almost immediately and very quickly she had arranged a very reasonably priced repair.

She guided me through the returns process and kept me informed regarding progress of the repair.

I really must commend Olivia for her excellent customer service and her commitment to resolving my problem.

Can't fault the service. Enquired Wednesday evening - after you would expect businesses to be closed but received an answer the same evening. Ordered cable straight away, delivered Friday morning. Less than 40 hours from enquiry to delivery.

I have ordered a long EV charging cable, it was a B to B cross national deal. Communication has been perfect throughout the negotiation. I've got quick reply to each of my specific question and need. At the end, I have received a customised product which looks to be of high quality. Shipment has been done immediately after the payment and transit time was short. A big thank to Olivia who has efficiently taken care of me also forwarding my questions to the manufacturer to agree the best technical solution. She cared about the order until material was delivered and tested. 5 stars are fully deserved.

Ordered a rather large cable from them and the price was most acceptable. Made a mistake on ordering and they rectified very promptly. Delivery was also very quick.
