Friendly & efficient
I had a fantastic experience with the Fairview Wattons team. We first met Katie around March when I wasn’t even ready to buy, but she still took the time to walk us through the development and show home, answering all our questions while we were just doing early research. There was no pressure at all, which we really appreciated.
About a month later, a property became available and things moved very quickly from there. The team were proactive in keeping us updated, and the communication throughout was clear and responsive. I went with the conveyancers she recommended, which definitely helped speed things up — we managed to exchange in just 2.5 weeks, which was much faster than expected.
What stood out was how supportive the team was even after the sale was agreed. Katie introduced us to our neighbours and made the whole process feel much more personal and less stressful.
Overall, the team has been super accommodating, efficient, and easy to deal with. The whole experience felt smooth from start to finish, and we’re really excited to be moving into the development.

Purchase of Apartment
I was impressed with the information received and the ability to be able to contact a mortgage agent to assist in getting a mortgage to purchase the apartment. We spoke with Max at the Printmakers Yard development. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He also showed us through three of their available properties, always making sure that we got to see what we wanted and had an accurate idea of what was on offer. Very helpful when going over the process of buying, and we can definitely recommend speaking to him of the development is of interest!
