Waited forever to receive item. I, too, ordered the cute shirt with the vw on it and it was not as shown. I’ve emailed them several times but no response.

RIP OFF!!! Back in January, I thought I was buying a cute VW van on white linen shirt. It took almost 4 months to arrive, after numerous emails asking them when my purchase would come. I was told it was out of stock but would be back in stock soon. It finally came and looked nothing like picture they showed. The one I received was made of some awful looking cheap polyester material and an iron on picture, not a soft crinkly linen. I’ve been asking for a refund and how to return the item. It’s been a week and no response. I’m so bothered!

Wish I had searched for reviews before buying. Nothing I received is as pictured. Just found out I can't return my $78 order because the items were on sale. The pants are weirdly designed, not sure who they would fit. Dress is basically a sack and the top isn't the color shown. Won't be buying from them again.

Do not buy from this or any other name they call themselves. I have only received 2 of the 5 products I ordered 2 months ago. I am going to contest the charge

This company is a SCAM!! Do NOT use!! After 4 months I still Haven’t received what I paid for!! I spent $170 on 6 shirts, they sent two (Separately!) mainly to create a tracking record! The quality was extremely poor & definitely not worth the money paid!! Beware do not use this SCAM company!!

After months never received my items. I was charged on my card immediately!! Absolutely no customer service. Would never recommend this company!!!

I received my order exactly as expected, the clothes are very nice quality and they fit as expected. I did place my order on January 27, thought for sure I had been scammed, but my order arrived on May 7. Although the product was good quality, I will not order from them again. Deceiving on the shipping and the tracking system is scary, it asks for access to your information.

I am reading all of these stories and all I can say is, yep, yep and yep. Got 1 of 4 items after 2 months. The pants were garbage. Now they won't respond about my missing items. Presumably they are garbage too but I am sure I will never know.

I ordered on January 10th and never received any of my items. Requested them to refund my money and never heard back from them. Do not order from them. It’s a rip off.

This company is a total joke! I ordered 6 items and after a month I received ONE item and it wasn’t even the right color- when I reached out I was told the rest of my order was out of stock- they didn’t have a problem taking my money but they sure won’t refund me either!!! DO NOT ORDER OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! I’m out almost $100! And the clothing is nothing like what is pictured! Spend your money somewhere else!

This company is an absolute rip off not to mention their products dont match any of the photos taken in thier advert . Nor does thier sizing . The colours are so off the mark you dont need to be blind freddie to realise that.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FASIGAL...too bad I didn't see this before I spend money with them. I just received my order which took almost 2 months. When I contacted them about the order being so long they did respond quickly and assured me that they were doing everything they could to get the order made. The items ordered are not even close to what the photos were that I ordered off of. The only thing close was the colour. The items are so substandard...poor workmanship. One was suppose to be 100% cotton but the items sent is 100% polyester. The other item had buttons in the photo I ordered from and the item sent came with a zipper. I am very disappointed. When I contacted them to have a refund and return the product it's like they vanished out of thin air. I don't think I will get my money back...I wish I had researched them first before I ordered...I trusted them.

I placed an order on January 31, 2020. It is now 4/27/2020 and I have only received three out of 6 items and the three that I have received, came to me in the past week or two. The package comes from California but I am certain that originally it is shipped from China. I will never place another order with them again. The items are also sub-par.

I just got 01 item and I ordered 04. The pant was too big and I email them asking for a return label 🏷 and they never replied 🤬🥵😡I still waiting for the rest of the order 🤬🥵

Ordered in early March got the money form account same day. Have not received anything from company. Wish I had done more checking on them before ordering.

I also had to wait on separated shipping’s for my items. Also took forever. They must be swamped. But they keep right on advertising for more orders. Having said that, I loved my products when they did arrive. They have a sizing chart that you really need to follow. I had to order two sizes bigger. They fit perfectly. So mixed feelings about this company.

As everyone else has said. Orders are not received but they take the money. Happy to join in any legal action

I ordered 2 shirts and have not received them. I emailed and got a response that they were out of stock and will be in stock 1-2 weeks. That was 4 weeks ago. I emailed again and received the exact word for word email I received earlier. I have asked for a refund and have alerted my credit card company.
