Bad, bad, bad company
I order 5 items in january, and never receive nothing.
I send à lots of imail no answer.

I ordered three pair of pants. One I had received earlier. I have emailed them several times but no response. Now I have merchandise I can’t use and money I cannot get back. DO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They don't deserve a 1 but had to choose it to rate them. This is a SCAM. Please don't order from them. I have filed complaints with my bank and the federal government. I spent 6 weeks trying to contact them for my items/get my money back since i only received one item (and that was after hounding them with emails) - and it was total CRAP! They don't know english since they can't put a sentence together.
I hope someone acts soon to remove them as I'm sure more people get scammed everyday.
Don't trust any site on FACEBOOK as I still see this SCAM and more I'm aware of on facebook. I hope they take notice and ban them from advertising.

It took over a month to receive my order. I sent several emails and they didn’t respond. When I told them I wanted a refund and was going to file a report with the BBB they responded. They indicated my order would be shipped. I kept sending emails and finally received it about 6 weeks later. The blouse will be fine but I thought the material would be more of a cotton feel. The dress is disgusting! Looks like a sack and has no buttons or zippers just pull over your head like a garbage bag. The material is of poor quality and was cheaply made for sure. I’m requesting a refund and when I receive it they can have their garbage bag back. I will contact BBB and make a comment on Facebook too. If I find other resources to report them I will. Never order from them.

I wrote a scathing review several weeks ago about this company. Over a period of months I slowly received items from my order but had no response in regard to the final 2 items. Well to my surprise the final 2 arrived today. I would like to thank fasigal for honoring my order but I won't be ordering again - waiting for prepaid items and receiving no response has soured my opinion of the company.

Love the clothes once you finally receive them. Ordered 3 items; I received 1 item about 6 wks after ordering which was too size. Contacted company, no response. About a month after that I received the other 2 items, which fit perfectly. However, still no response from Fasigal. I’ve contacted them 3 times now for an even exchange for the next larger size; still no response neither of the 3 times. There is no phone number, no mailing address listed anywhere, just their email address which you get no response. Lesson learned & they have lost a another customer.

I have had a similar experience. I ordered back in January and paid using Paypal, thinking if any issues I'd be covered. Wrong!!!!! after getting in touch with Paypal and advising them of situation they then disallowed my claim. Why??? Because Fasigal were able to provide shipping details. What came eventually was just one item out of the six I had paid for. I am really disappointed with Paypal. I sent many emails asking them to reopen and got nowhere. What a cop out on the part of both companies. Yes there are a number of companies with very similar looking clothing. I'm tempted but I won't purchase because of this scam company and its unknowing? facilitators.

I wouldn't even give a 1 Star, but since the option isn't there... Ordered on Aprill 11, expecting to receive the items within 10 days, as per info on the website. Not only i haven't received the items, they don't even bother to answer emails. SCAM!!!

I ordered 4 items on March 11, 2020. Today is May 22nd, and I've received one item after an email requesting an update. I doubt that I will receive the other items. Don't order anything from this site!!

Do not order a thing from Fasigal!!! I ordered 4 months ago and haven't seen my order nor heard a thing from them. They owe me a refund and I can't reach anyone. You'll notice the same clothes using different company names. Don't fall for their scam!

one item only arrived, 77 days after order. Response to email was that the other 2 items were being shipped from 2 different countries. 115 days later, I am still waiting, and now they no longer reply to emails. Tracking order number states that the entire order was delivered. Don't Order Here !!!

Don't order! Sure wish I had read these reviews first. Ordered a sweater, which is very nice, and a "all cotton" shirt which is not cotton, way too small and short, not what appeared on the website. Also, took 117 days to arrive!!!!

Took 3 months to get clothes and very cheap materials. No packing slip and no address online to return them. Anyone have an address for returns.

A absolute rip off from Jan-May,I've only recieved 1 of 4 items. Now they won't respond to any emails I send. Totally rip off. I give them a zero. Big scam🤬

I never received my all of my shirts, i received 2 out of 5 and only one fit me of the 2, there was no packing slip in there so i could not return, and paypal was of no help either. Look at all of their alias too. I would have given them negative stars if i could

OK - don't slam me for this review, please. Although I had to wait 2 months for my order I attribute that to the current virus crisis and disruption in shipping, I emailed twice about the status of my order and received prompt responses from Evelyn both times.
Every item I ordered is exactly, or better, than described. DO NOT wash in hot water, place in the dryer, and many items need ironing.
NOTE: clothes run small so order 2 sizes up. Blouse do not have darts and may be uncomfortable if you are busty
I made my purchase through Paypal which offers dispute resolution.

Scam alert- received 1 of 5 items, no compensation no corrections after 2 months

Complete garbage .... wish I had read comments before purchase.

Fasigal is a thoroughly disreputable company. I had ordered a smart linen top which proved to be made of a shoddy synthetic fabric. The company refused to refund the money or replace it. I had also ordered a cotton top which was much too small and I could not return that either. Their advertised products are not what you will receive in the mail. This company should not be allowed to practise.

S*** quality clothing that looks like it came out of a back street market in Bangkok.
