They rectified the first issue we had promptly which is good. However the quality of the pens is pretty poor, the ball of the pen barely purtrudes the nose cone so unless you're holding the pen completely vertical, the nose cone scratches the paper making it a very rough write and making the text thin and almost opaque.

Not only were the pens delivered incredibly quickly, they were high-quality and the print was spectacular. This was the only website that didn't have a minimum limit, so I'm very glad the product was of high quality.

Everything is very good and organized I would just like to get order status and shipping information.

Despite me missing a note from Fastpens with a question regarding my order, they were able to turn the order around very quickly and it still arrived with plenty of time to spare. You rock!

The pens look great and were received quickly!

Easy to design, quality product, and fast shipping.

It was super simple to order, they came quickly, and they are great pens. It was a perfect transaction with ZERO to complain about, and I will be ordering more!

Gloria made it a very light and easy experience. She worked with me to make sure everything was just right.

Had a great experience I even had Nidia Limon reach out to me regarding the color of my pen and helped sort out an issue with the black engraving in a black pen so they saved my pens and made the service feel worth it.

The pens arrived in the time specified and they look great. Will be telling all my friends

Online interface is easy to navigate, self-explanatory and making changes prior to final commitment a breeze.
The quality of pencils & pens ordered are much better than I expected. I am happy to pass the out FastPens pens & pencils. They inherently speak about my company.
