Shipping was quick. The pens look very nice and the grip is comfortable. They are not very durable though. Several in the shipment had fallen apart and could not be reassembled.

Make customizing a wrap as an option on the pens, otherwise speedy delivery. The print was too small to read on two lines.

I am so happy with this company! The pens I ordered are perfect and the lettering I had them put on, turned out awesome! It is etched in, not printed. The pens arrived on time, as promised! I'll be back to order more for sure! Thank you for the great price too!

My pens arrived quickly and are beautiful. The price is fantastic making them very affordable. I’ll be reordering more!

I placed my order on 10/7/2023 for my event, which was 10/13-10/15/2023. I received my order on 10/16/2023 🙄. I had called on 10/10 and was told that I would have my order by 10/13/2023. I called on 10/13 to get a status and was given a tracking number and saw that my order was shipped and was en route from Mexico 🤔. Website says that the company is in Atlanta, Ga.. There's no way I would have ordered pens from this company had I known they were coming from Mexico and wouldn't be here in time. Then you could barely see my name on the pens. Very disappointed 😞

The pens are great for the price. The printing is even good. The only issue is I printed an "actual size" proof and the logo on the pens I received is WAY smaller then on the proof. Other then that I'm happy with the product.

Fast and accurate. Thats why i keep buying from ya…

Thanks for making our pen order affordable and easy.

I got exactly what I wanted and they really did arrive very quickly!

Quick shipping, easy to use web site for ordering

This is the best place for a small order for promo pens for a small business! Very fair prices, quick service. I'm impressed!

Great communication, fast delivery, and a wonderful product. Will definitely order again! Thank you!!

Ordering and receiving the pens was easy and the quality is great!

Very fast shipping, and great price! I only wish I could've made the lettering and logos larger.

The follow-up contact did not include the business's name, so I did not respond, which delayed my shipment.

I very much appreciate the effort on the staff at Fastpens puts into the product!
There was a question on an order and Daniel Ovalle reached out to me and it was resolved in minuets.

Got here very fast and on time for my event. Beautifully made and exactly what I wanted. The pens also wrote amazingly.

The quality of the print on the pen was very bad. Will not use them again.

Fast, accurate service. Love the feel and writing of the pens. :-D

Quick service. Good product.
