Everything was so simple, Simon undertook the leg work and provided me with a breakdown of options before arranging the connection and everything that goes with it. He was pro-active and kept me up to date on what was going on every step of the way.

Fidelity is a great company to be…
Fidelity is a great company to be partnered with. Having had excellent initial contact with Paul, comprehensive onboarding with Jason and ongoing support from all the team especially Charlie, my manager, I feel fully supported and happy that nothing is too much trouble. Charlie in particular has gone above and beyond in helping me advise clients.
I really enjoy helping businesses procure the best energy deal for them, knowing that Fidelity is such a well connected and considerate broker.

Recommendation
Fidelity Energy are a really good company to work with. Despite it not being our businesses main source of income, our Account Manager, Jason Fernyhough, is still very attentive in keeping us up to date with the market and assisting in deals. As our sales team grows, we hope to push a lot more business through Fidelity and grow the relationship further.
Highly recommend these guys!
