Wonderful
Liz was amazing, I was not sure what to expect and was scared to be perfectly honest. Loz put me at ease right away, was friendly and caring. She made the process easy and something i looked forward to each week! She really did make my life better. I will definitely be going back, just to keep myself happy and on track

The service of matching to therapists…
The service of matching to therapists within a reasonable distance was great. With profile details listing specific therapies and intentions of work offered was also helpful.
I think the reviews are possibly a little inaccurate with the revisit % as I have left a first therapy session that I started with the hope of making peace with my partner, now realising that my relationship is over and neither of us with be revisiting for more counselling :(

Very easy to use
Good website I managed to view all the therapies available in my area. Having access to the information about the therapies is useful to make an informed decision.

Everything about the first process was easy, no stress, or pressure involved. I chose someone based upon their experience, & what I perceived to be related to my particular issue. I was very comfortable, and eased into the situation very quickly & felt at ease in sharing my concerns.

Found counsellorI had seen previously very quickly & easily.
I have had counselling previously from the therapist locally to where I live & I wanted to get intouch with her again, I found her quite easily on this website after doing a Google search & am very pleased to I found her quickly, contacted her via the message service & she rang verysoon after & we have set a time. So, very pleased with this way of finding help.
