First class service from Sophia
My fire alarm stopped working within the guarantee period, it took just one phone call and a follow up e-mail to provide my details.
A very nice helpful e-mail from Sophia, in customer support advised me that a replacement alarm was being arranged.
I couldn’t ask for a better response, thank you.

No response from customer service
I purchased 11 connected smoke and heat products. Managed to get some of them connected. 2 items werent connecting. I have contacted customer service twice and I'm still waiting for a response.

Good Service
Our existing alarm failed whilst still under warranty and I contacted the firm. Robbie swiftly dealt with our enquiry and we now have a replacement alarm.

Replaced faulty alarm
Had a fault with one of our fireangel alarms, but it was dealt with promptly by their customer service (Ravi) and they sent out a replacement.

Spoke with Alan, who was supremely helpful. Identified that there was likely a problem with our smoke detector, and he arranged for a replacement to be sent out ASAP. Great customer service.

Fireangel faulty co2/smoke detector
When I called Fireangel I was 7th in the queue, after 5 minutes waiting I was given a call back option, then 30 minutes later Robbie called back, he was very professional, asked a couple of questions about the faulty device and then sent me an email with instructions to send a copy of my receipt, the process only took 3-4 minutes, I received another email the following day saying a replacement device will be sent by Royal Mail and it should arrive 7-10 working days, very good service, just waiting for the device to arrive.

I purchased a FA6615 in December 2025, I had just moved in to the property and now can't find the receipt. It has not even lasted 8 months, the customer service is beyond non existent when you phone even though the alarms give you a date of 10 years it should last until they won't help you. I will purchase from another company in future.

Unfortunately, no manufacturer of electronic products can completely eliminate the possibility of occasional product failure, hence, the reason for a warranty period. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacements without valid proof of purchase or installation.
This requirement forms part of our warranty terms and conditions, and of which apply to all warranty claims, as set out in the warranty and disposal section of the product manual.
If, however, you are able to locate a receipt or invoice, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will be more than happy to review your claim again.

Rare Warranty Problem Rectified Immediately
We generally use Fire Angel smoke & CO2 alarms because of their reputation. Our new motorhome came with Fire Angel devices as well & we were rather surprised when the fire alarm misactivated.
I contacted the company and one of their customer support team (Robbie) replied immediately, initially offering advice on what the problem could be & how to rectify it. When this didn’t work, the device was replaced under warranty.
The company have a good reputation for a reason & we will continue to use Fire Angel products.

I bought the FA3829 batch 22471.
I bought the FA3829 batch 22471.
It lasted less than three years. I have no proof of purchase anymore so they are off the hook. They don’t believe that I actually bought the product. Shame on fireangel. What company keeps an invoice for more than three years? I cannot recommend this company.

Fire alarm failed within warranty. I sent details to FireAngel and after a bit of a wait I got a vey helpful reply from Alan, and a replacement has now arrived by post. Excellent customer service, we'll use them again

We had an issue with our heat alarm (within its warranty), but this was quickly resolved by Madjid with a replacement on its way to us in the post.

Contacted fireangel customer service because of an issue I had with one of their alarms. Spoke with Sophia who was very helpful, answered a few questions then some days later got a lovely email from Carol telling me I was being sent a replacement alarm. Fantastic!
