I recently had an issue with a FireAngel smoke alarm that started giving false alarms well before its expiry date. I got in touch with customer care and spoke with Robbie, who was absolutely brilliant. Not only did he quickly arrange for a replacement alarm to be sent out, but he also provided clear, easy-to-follow advice on how to safely deactivate the old, faulty unit. It’s rare to get such helpful and hassle-free service these days. Huge thanks to Robbie for sorting it out so smoothly!

I had an issue with the battery life of my alarm. Robbie was calm and efficient in listening to me and resolving the problem. Great experience!

Fire alarm not working correctly after 2 years. Should have been OK for approximately 10 years. Quick call to the company. Spoke to Alan, who was very helpful and sent an email explaining the procedure to get a replacement. Should be delivered within the next week or so.

Phoned Customer Services , spoke Sophia at Fireangel re a unit with a 10 yr battery that was malfunctioning a year or so out of it's 2 yr warrenty. She explained the hot weather can affect the sensor and advised to clean unit regularly to stop this happening in future. A new unit is being sent out free of charge great service from Fireangel

Recently had two FireAngel smoke alarms fitted in my house when moving in and one broke in just 4 months waking me up at 2:40am and making me believe my house was on fire it stopped beeping as I went to investigate I went back to sleep and then went to work and came to hear it beeping again which my poor neighbour would have been able to hear. I went to replace the battery assuming that was the issue only to find it is a sealed unit which means I am left without a smoke detector until I can source a new one. The biggest issue by far is sealing off the battery, what happened to right to repair and saving the planet? I'll never use FireAngel again.

I have several properties with wired interlinked alarms with this company. The app whereby I remote check and sound the alarms isnt working and hasnt been working for in excess of 8 weeks at least. They have failed to rectify this problem, blaming third parties. I believe this is a breach of health and safety issue regs. I intend reporting them to the HSE and Trading Standards over this issue. They have been an aboloute nightmare to me causing me signicant distress. This isnt the first time that the customer service from this company has been unacceptable.

I currently have five FireAngel alarms installed in my home. After five years of reliable operation, one unit began falsely triggering. Following the initial troubleshooting steps, I contacted FireAngel customer support and spoke with Carol, who provided exceptional service. She promptly guided me through the warranty process, requesting only an email with proof of purchase. Shortly after submitting the details, she confirmed that a replacement alarm had been dispatched. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and I will certainly continue to purchase FireAngel products when these units reach the end of their lifespan.
